Thank you !! Do you have a video on what exercises will help with coccyx pain caused by sitting in one position for too long? I have a good cushion but it’s still painful…
Hi, Olivier! Thank's for the video. One question: If you had an unlimited budget and needed a new ergonomic chair, which one would you buy for yourself? Thank you.
Do you have any tips if the chair doesn't have enough range of adjustment? Is it possible to set the lumbar support to the lowest level and use a headrest pillow or a towel as alternative lumbar support?
Here is the one I like best: www.amazon.fr/stores/FORTEM/Coussinsdeconfort/page/1A6D9D33-84FF-4D3D-9292-AE9DA5AB879B?ref_=cm_sw_r_ud_sf_stores_JE2BZZ0EP4VZZA5ZKEJ9. Seems to be out of stock right now, though. Note that I'm not commissioned by anyone: I think it would harm my credibility 😉

yep, you can try that. But the pillow will keep sliding. Maybe a proper lumbar cushion with 2 elastic bands is a better idea.
Put (affiliate) amazon link for the cushion here that your recommend/display???
