Thanks @LanceBlackford! We're stoked to have you w/us. And it was great meeting you that day at the workshop. Looking forward to seeing you in our new space!
SO refreshing to to blow past the obvious - Yes we are interested in VO - that's why we are here. Yes - tell the prices, show the bonuses, etc. This should be the new format for advertising - but unfortunately, it won't be. I write content for advertising and this market loves long form copy and thinks it is the best. Mainly because they won't try anything different. Good for you. Providing useable information to potential customers and allowing them to use their own minds to make a purcahse decision. Radical idea!
Hey @stevepathfinder3959! You can learn a lot from this video but it's just the beginning. You can find out all we offer at atlantavoiceoverstudio.com or our on-demand training at provoiceovertraining.com. Or, since you're in the UK, check out another great school - look up Gravy for the Brain. Our friends there can take care of you!
Ha! Yeah that’s just b-roll footage our video guy used as a “funny aside.” Good eye! Hope you got some useful things out of the video. Thanks for watching, Timothy!
Hello. I am about halfway through this video and had a question. My real name is not Penelope so if I upload my voice-over demos to my TH-cam Channel, do you recommend I change it to my real name or can I keep my Username as "Penelope416?" Sorry for the random question. Just wondering. Thanks for your tips.
Hi Penelope - it all depends on what you want. Do you want your VO name to be associated w/your real name or your 'stage name'? In other words, how do you want your clients to find you? If your VO name is one thing but your YT channel is by another, it's fine, but I've found that the easier you make it for clients the better! For me, I use my real name. For my wife, she has a stage name. It all depends! - Mike
Great Video!! The intro class was fun and informative. I can't wait for the intensive class!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talent.

Odd item to notice. But where did you get that notebook datebook... they are writing right to left and the page titles are gibberish..
