Wow it's nostalgic for me. It reminds me of elementary and middle school days. It was my favorite bakery item. The bakery where it was made now doesn't make it. U can add dry coconut colored shavings and little tutifruity.

@punam Bagrecha Yeast is important in any type of bread.. you can try sourdough bread which is without yeast but that will not be suitable for cream bun.. sourdough bread is a very long process usually it takes 5-6 days 😀

I HAVE TRIED making this but my dough is not combeing and it is very sticky and loose unable to knead i have followed the right ingredients is it right 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2tablespoons of salt
You should take out the subtitles or change the measurement of salt in subtitles, of course you mentioned in description box below. I added the salt you mentioned in subtitles and then saw ur discription....wasted everything..!

You can increase the quantity of the flour a little, if it is too sticky. Apologies, salt is half teaspoon not 2 tablespoon
