Thanks for the video. One tip, you can use nasturtiums to make its own vinegar, pretty easy to do you may want to search vinegar making.

My nasturtiums have gone nuts this year. I got one start from the worm farm in the fall, and then planted seeds all over the place in the fall. They are now all over my garden, and growing like crazy. My chickens love them, and they have a lot of health benefits for them as well.

Omg you have more that one plant that would be a field of nasturtium 😆 that big arch was just one seed. And so cool you are going to have really healthy chickens with really healthy eggs

I have a huge nasturtium plant I need to pull out from fall, but I haven’t had the heart to because it’s so beautiful. It’s the black velvet nasturtiums, a very deep red color. Now that I know about all the different ways I can use it, it will be much easier. 😁

I love it, it so amazing that there are so many things in our garden that can just keep us healthy but the knowledge is stating to because a lost art. I don't want that to go away. We are able to maintain our health by just growing our gardens and using what the earth provides

For the baby I would dilute it more than you would for an adult because it is a strong herb.
