The Spaghetti is from ‘Migros’ in Switzerland but most countries sell a version of Lentil Spaghetti. Yeah it’s naturally lower carbs and super high in protein so makes for the perfect tour food (also gluten free).

I’m really loving this trip, never even thought of Corsica for an adventure but i think i need to now.
The drone footage really shows the beauty and extreme concentration required to ride those balcony roads which are my favourite type of roads to seek out.

Hi Beans! Great to hear from you! We had thought the same, but have been blown away by how much fun this island is to ride. We totally recommend it -especially in off peak season when you have the roads to yourself.
Yeah these balcony roads are very special indeed, we didn’t actually appreciate how high some of them are until we reviewed the drone footage 😁.
