Unfortunately, whether or not a man is "creepy" is determined more by how a woman sees him. If she sees him as a hot bad boy, he can do most anything he wants and she'll see it as hot. An average, ordinary guy can do and say the same things and if she doesn't see him as hot, she'll instead see him as creepy.
I agree. You can wear expensive suilt, or wear the classic leather jacket-white t shirt-cool jeans and good shoes, do everything perfect, show interest, say everything right at the right moment and if she does not find you attractive she will just call you "creepy" for no real reason. Often even if she does find you attractive she will "creep" label you just to go with the flow of her jealous toxic "friends". That word and "mysogynist" are way to much inappropriately used nowdays, often not even fitting the situation.
Then give up. Quit. Fk it then. Anybody ABSOLUTELY can practice to get rid of "creepiness". You just need to be self-aware and analyze your actions and fix it. Any man can go work out and dress sharply and walk tall and not slouch and improve your confidence in general. Or just give up. Less competition for the rest.

For starters, being overly friendly makes you creepy. Work on your self-awareness and figure out how you THINK you're coming across in your head vs. how others really perceive you.

I live in Hawai'i, and people go to the beach, etc. But out and about, out of the car it's classless to be walking around shirtless and without foitwear, eyc. Common decency in public, etc.
The best way to get her attention........is to not try to get her attention. If you're attractive, she'll chase you instead. If you're ugly, nothing will happen one way or the other.
