Iraqis are very kind and generous people. Back when I lived in the US I used to go to this open buffet Iraqi restaurant for lunch time they would never let me pay because I was a student.

That Amba sauce has an incredible history , Amba is derived from the Sanskrit name of Mango. This sauce was first made by the Sassoon family of Bombay who were Baghdadi jews , later on the Baghdadi Jewish diaspora from India spread it to the middle east, its now more popular in the middle east and hardly found in India.

Why is it that felafel in North America look so brown, dry and overcooked. These felafels have such a nice color and the sandwich looks tasty too. Nice hosts and kind and friendly and generous too.
