Oh my, Alex! They sure are adorable. I'm so glad you captured this action and put so much effort into putting this together. (I'm a bit behind in watching your videos since I've been side-tracked with so many things this spring.). I loved watching the parent bring back food to the chicks. It was cute seeing one of them slip off the branch. It's such a big world for them. It's amazing how large their feet are even when they are chicks. Thanks for another wonderful video.

The young coots have a lot to learn in the beginning, and then they sometimes fall in the water. But they can already swim well with those remarkably large feet. It is always a beautiful spectacle, those young chicks. Thanks for your positive reaction!
