As a kendo player since season 2 I feel like it didn't affect her too much, but I think the overall changes to the game with the tuning system hurt her. Especially the wall run nerf, she could get a lot of extra height out of that with her air melee out of a wall jump
Yes bc all the characters that mattered in ranked (hawks, rapid toga, and strike deku) need to be defeated quickly before they decide to run, harder to do with dmg nerfs. Also now strike deku trades are riskier
I feel this nerf was somewhat needed but not now i think they did it because she is a good cou ter to alot of the meta characters rn so by nerfing her they are harder to counter making it more likely for people to run and pull for them
Bro I clapped a deku 3 times with no shield and he was still alive at talent lvl 1 at the beginning of the game and he was still up. I dont have ger tuning built tho
