I have learned within the last couple of years how movement is good for my body. Yoga and random moments of dancing has help me create movement outside of working out. I do want to try audio journaling. I’ve been hearing about it over the years. A nonnegotiable habits for me is mediating and reciting positive affirmations to myself in the morning. Those two things has help me tremendously with my mental and emotional health. If I don’t do those two things, I feel a difference throughout my day.

yes love all of these! i didn’t realize recording voice notes had a name haha but love to audio journal especially when my emotions are very present and it feels more cathartic to speak about it.
Such a great video! Being in a long distance relationship + different time zones, my sleep schedule is definitely not consistent. But sleep is VERY more for our overall health so that’ll have to be something I prioritize more so that I can show up as my best!

Some habits that are transforming my life are my house chores 🫠 i set a day for every need i can take care of for myself and instead of being a chore, it started feeling like self care - a time to show up for self before i conquor the world. Food mondays (grocery shopping and cooking), money tuesdays (where i arrange any money related topics in my life so i can earn more/stay concious of my spending for the week).... give me a heart if you want to read the rest of my week 🙂 great job ri! Ps. What makes me extra love this is, i give myself grace if i dont do a chore that day, i can easily combine two chores the next day or another during the week, so none of this feels pressured.

Hello from bluefields Nicaragua i just wanted to tell you that i feel with your video i just done make yoga i get up from 5:30 and meditate then make yoga i started 6:30 and it is 9:00 in the morning and as i done my yoga sesion your video notification came in and i was going to let it pass but by mistake my hand touch it and i say why not mybe i had to see this video that was a sing for me because what you doing is what i'm trying to do rite now im trying to cure myself because my dad just pass away next month is his aniversery it is nearly a year but i feel like it had just been yestorday and i'm trying to learn to be trong for my mom and myself and it is hard been the youngest out of 8 brothers and sisters i had never had that responsability you see my sisteand brothers dont live close and i have to move back in with my mom and im starting to work from home i feel like i have reset myself reorganize my life and i feel conected with all that you just say for some reason so thank you for this video i needed it

Journaling is definitely the one I do most often. I'm a poet so when something's on my mind, I have to write. Will work on getting more sleep tho.
