I would have commented earlier but like you work, work, work. but finally just viewed it. And I'm impressed by the little plane. perfect for small area's. And the clear cockpit really makes this plane stand alone. And for less than $100, that's a big Oh Ya! Quarry filming will make this the BIGGEST little plane ever. Especially when Captain Blaz is behind the camera. The quarry background will be magnificent. Captain Blaz dont forget to charge the batteries!
What can you do my friend. Work first and then fun. Oh yeah... And like you said this bird is amazing and I cant wait to test it. It will be great I know it...
Great to have both of you back. Yes, it's 100* here too! First, be careful with the rudder and elevator. The pressed foam breaks easily and DO NOT use CA glue, it will dissolve the foam. You need to try the FMS Sky Trainer Cessna 182 1410mm. She flies on a 11.1 2200mah for eight minutes. The Hobbyking Cessna will fly great, scale. See you at the pit! WooHoo Ricky.

I’m happy you’re back again! As always well done. Great scale looking, even the gear. I wish everything on the plane was the EPO they used on the tail: a more solid and smooth EPO.
Good to see ya back and I understand the work thing , have not flown in over 6 months now . We are in a bad drought here in West Tx. & temps have been near or over 100 and when I get done working landscape got nothing left in the tank to go out and fly ! It's getting dark earlier now and I think will take my night Firefly plane out along with my Apprentice that I lit up as well !
Thanks S. Its also crazy here in Europe this summer. Still we have rain here from time to time but it is hot as hell and humid. We just dont have the power in the evenings to go out and film after we come home. And there is milion mosquitos at dusk on our runway... But it will be better at the end like always. Somebody has to pay for those toys right guys. You guys are hard working and I can relate. When You put in to do a job, you have to get it done. No time for play. Back when I worked, I was busting my butt working two sometimes three jobs. No time for screwing around with toys. Except on weekends. I am getting into Helicopters a little more but still flying my planes also. I just seem to be busy all the time, even when I am retired/ disabled . I do have pain days so nothing gets done on those days. Nice Plane guys. It drives me crazy when guys say they cannot afford the RC hobby when I am picking up stuff like a vintage nitro heli for $40 . Complete with everything. Transmitter, receiver, starter, everything. You just have to look for deals. They are out there. New, old, used, vintage, it doesnt matter, People can afford this hobby if they just look around for deals.
Like you said my friend. Work is work and fun is fun. We still have some work to do before we will have more time for filming again. And like you said you can always find a good deal. I just love that... Greetings from Slovenia, Robert

I am heading to Cairns in North Queensland in a few weeks for a tarmac car rally being held up there, I might purchase one of these planes and have sent up there before I arrive, take my transmitter, receiver and a few little batteries for some fun whilst am away from my hangar. Multiplex Parkmaster Pro also uses 3S 1000mAh. It's a great screwing trainer, according to my local hobby shop. I have those batteries for my Blade 230S V2 helicopter, so I might get the Parkmaster for training. Or I'll keep planes for relaxing and helicopters for screwing. 😎

Work hard play hard, I worked 33 years in Phoenix on under ground water lines in 115 degree heat I feel your pain. I love your video's but you guys should rest when you can.
Dont look now boys, but you have already hit 6K! And I have been following you and Capt Blaz on Facebook. This plane looks a lot like the Art Tech Cessna, but better. More solid cowling and details around the rest of the plane. My little Art Tech 182 flew awesome, and I even flew mine indoors. How did this guy hold up? I had a couple issues on the maiden today that ended up making me crash. The first flight it acted like it was tail heavy. Landed it and checked it, just needed some down elevator trim. Second flight, it turned to the left during takeoff and made a 180 degree turn before crashing in the brush. I don’t think it was a torque roll as it didn’t happen the first time. I think the rudder hung up going slightly left. Broke the prop, cowl and tail. I glued the tail, have some new props and a new cowl coming. They won’t be here for awhile since they are coming from Asia. Will probably have to wait til spring for the next flight. But I’m hoping I can get this baby fixed because it is a nice little plane and powerful for the size.
Good work guys! But Robert, I don't think the front wheel's shaft would stand an impact on a gravel terrain.....just my own experience with the FMS Cessna 1100 ;>)

Robert, I bought the HK skylane, I am having a hard time getting the travels of the flight surfaces , Ale rud and elevator set. I dont get very little travel on them. Any ideas?

well I lost my plane on the maiden flight the wind took it and I lost all signal to it. Is there any way of tracking it. What would make me lose all signal

How did this guy hold up? I had a couple issues on the maiden today that ended up making me crash. The first flight it acted like it was tail heavy. Landed it and checked it, just needed some down elevator trim. Second flight, it turned to the left during takeoff and made a 180 degree turn before crashing in the brush. I don’t think it was a torque roll as it didn’t happen the first time. I think the rudder hung up going slightly left. Broke the prop, cowl and tail. I glued the tail, have some new props and a new cowl coming. They won’t be here for awhile since they are coming from Asia. Will probably have to wait til spring for the next flight. But I’m hoping I can get this baby fixed because it is a nice little plane and powerful for the size.

It's very very pretty scale plane. The undercarriage still worries me though even for flights at the quarry. Time will tell

well I lost my plane on the maiden flight the wind took it and I lost all signal to it. Is there any way of tracking it. What would make me lose all signal
I have seen trackers on planes. But if you dont have it already on its no use. But you will find it no matter what. Good luck my friend...
