Correlation, not causation. Mental illness is the boogeyman of our current time. And because nobody understands it, plus it's a quick way to dodge accountability, people just blame all their problems on some genetic mental health problem. This is from someone who used it as an excuse for a decade. Did I have problems? Oh yeah. Was there a possibility of genetic components? Possibly, but unlikely. Was about 75% of my life problems my fault? Yep... Until people get comfortable being uncomfortable and actually process their emotions without being overrun by them, they will continue to be unhappy. Happiness is not an absence of pain or discomfort. It's the ability to cope with it without spiraling.

As I woman I find it interesting those are what you would consider feminine traits. No drive, no purpose, Indecisive, no leadership, needy... I can see why they don't like women if that's how they see them.

It can make me uncomfortable looking deep into my eyes while looking at the mirror. That's just cringe. I only look at the mirror to check whether I have booger or something stuck in my teeth.

for plenty of years I've done it, but recently i stopped stupid unfulfilled and unproductive relationships, and not on purpose started watching more vids like yours, they have been very helpful but I started to notice i am empty, just working out because i got out of a accident recovery and needed the strength. At the moment it's very hard to get one objective that sounds productive not just to me but to the world... and that phrase you use "don't be a simp" helped a lot not focusing on neediness!

Calling people out has no purpose when there is no consequence for people to prevent them from doing it to you again. Learned that from a lot of experience as it can also get you fired from jobs. My most recent job i called out a girl for disrespecting me and talking badly about me in front of another coworker and she tried to deny it in my face and argue with me that she was talking good things about me, but all the bad things was about someone else, i then called her out for trying to argue with me, saying this: So now you're tryging to argue with me? Look, i recalled it how i heard it and there's nothing you can do to change that other than to keep your comments to yourself", resolving it there . She then snitched me out to the training specialist and me and this girl i called out had to make up in front of this T.S. even though the issue was resolved.You can still have a purpose and people still won't respect you, it's called life. Men with no value aren't respected until they get into high value positions of status, no matter if you are a hard worker or not, it's called life.

Feminine energy is more submissive but also resilient, nurturing and creative. Key word when it comes to feminine energy is creating. Now masculine energy on the other side is more assertive, objective and being driven by intellect rather than emotions. Every human being has both feminine energy and masculine energy, sometimes one of those energies can be a little bit dominant. Hope this helped
