Did anyone noticed as per sidecars installed on RE bikes in India, this one is on right side instead of left,, for pillion it's really not safe...

How can it be illegal when it was registered with sidecar? We also took pictures with cops along the road, no issues at all.
It is perfectly legal. You just have to register with BT(boarding transfer) during registration.
