Why is the grace of God in our own hands? How do we receive God's grace quickly? Swami Mukundananda graciously explains that God has a rule: As you surrender, I shall grace you accordingly. Many people ask why did God provide free will? why did God create the bad things in the world. What we need to realize is that A MACHINE CAN NOT LOVE. It is in exercising the right choices that we exercise divine love. We are not a lathe machine. God has provided us choices just like a loving father would do.

A simple explanation by Shree Swamiji. We are responsible for attaining God's grace. We have to practice and increase our attachment towards God. God is ever ready it's us who have to increase the love towards Him and enjoy His grace.
As much as we surrender, God resiprocates accordingly.. therefore the Grace depends on our devotion.
