- The requester of this video said she loved it when she and her mom went to gift shops and the cashier wrapped their purchases in tissue paper. I had to try my hand at a roleplay/recreation of a gift shop. Seemed easy enough since I used to own a gift shop. Not so! Whew! But it turned out okay 👌🏻. I hope. Let me know if you like it. 😁

Kirsty McDonald, I don’t have any boxes left over from the store. But the wrapping paper on the big rolls is left over from my gift shop. Whatever boxes I used in my video are the ones I’ve saved from past gifts I have received.

I'm really curious to know whether you record the video twice or you edit and remove your voice alone?
What I do is film myself with all the movements including hand gestures for what I might say. Later on I do a voice over adding on what I would have said. It’s all a bit of acting in both situations. So I film once and do a voice over afterwards. That’s how I do about that 50% of my whispered/soft-spoken videos. They are mostly voiceovers. It is good that you’re curious.
