    शिव द्वारा पार्वती को दिया गया ज्ञान ही भैरव तंत्र कहलाता है।
    तंत्र - 1
    दो स्वासो की बीच की घटना को दिमाग से देख कर शाक्षी रहना बिना शरीर हिलाए
    Step -1
    Use Headphones or speakers in silent room (Make Sure You are completely alone in the room)
    Step-2
    According to your comfort level Sit Straight With or Without Back support (You can sit on ,Floor,chair,Bed Or Even In your Car Where ever You are comfortable and alone 🫵)
    Step-3
    Close Your Eyes and Take 2-3 Deep Breaths
    Step-4
    Now Relax Yourself and Try To avoid Body Moment as much as possible .
    Step-5
    Focus Your Mind On the Empty space between two breaths to see your real self ❤️
    Step-6 Repeat every day for 3 or 7 or 21 days
