Very good video. Deserves more views. Can you offer any advice to contractors to ensure they stay outside IR35 when it comes the operational side of things? Just in case auditors come knocking.
The most powerful evidence of self employment is to arrange for a couple of days of work on the project to be subcontracted to a 3rd party, paid by you. Obviously this would require the agreement of the client.
