vr8 eh as a Dota fan, LoL can be still enjoyable to watch with minimal understanding. I have maybe 80 hours on League but watching players' mechanical skill is obviously fun. It's harder to go from league to Dota imo

Don't get me wrong i get that you're skeptical but comparing the two teams, G2 is IMMENSELY more favourable to win. That roster is STACKED and they have amazing team synergy together.

I've been watching since season 3 of worlds.
There hasn't been a finals more hyped than this since that season. It's anyone's finals. And you have two incredibly strong teams who are both kinda writing the meta as they go.
This is uncharted territory and for league as a whole it's good because new teams winning keeps the scene interesting and vibrant.

it was hype because of this eu fans, but sadly another year of failed hope, next year cheer like that again, i like seeing them going with watery eyes, this is the best feeling when 80% of attendance are rooting for g2 even the announcer but sadly PHX are 100% focus while g2 is laughing during the game.. goodluck next year, hopefully when they reach 40 years old they would win

Comparing accolades is a moot point because the scene is so young and a good third of it had irregular tournaments.
Saying Jankos is the best jungler EU has ever produced is a bold statement. He is really good, he is arguably on one of the most dominant teams in EU history, but Diamondprox and M5 in their time literally revolutionized map play. It looked like they were playing chess and then eating all the pieces they were beating, while other teams were crapping their diapers. G2 is very close to that level of dominance in a relative comparison, but it's difficult because other teams have also become strong. If G2 win tomorrow (and I truly hope they will), I would be willing to put them above M5 as a team. But Jankos needs that special something for me to say he is the best jungler EU has ever produced, especially considering his groups performance.
The reason why so many people don't like G2... Is because their fanbase trash-talks all the other teams and don't show any respect (trash talking Faker, etc). To make things worse, commentators and esports media constantly overhype the team. They just ignored how G2 got destroyed by Griffin in groups because of their sloppy mistakes (e.g. the support or jungler randomly inting into the river with no vision - must have happened at least 10 times over the course of G2 vs GRF and G2 vs FPX). The problem is, overhyping the team doesn't fix the holes in their play, and they got stomped 3-0 by FPX.

Jankos is a legend playing in a legendary lineup. Give him his dues, it was about time he had a team that was on par with him, throughout. Anyone who've listen to their comms videos, it's a 5 man shot-calling team and there's no attrition at all... all of them are mechanical prodigies, everyone one of them have deep champion pools, everyone one them are play makers.
Regardless of the result next Sunday, to me G2 is already the best team there ever was in LoL, specially because they are not only amazing players but also they have so much fun playing the game (again, check their comms videos).

Crazy how people keep talking about Jankos, Caps, Wunder etc when Perks has been rock-solid since day 1. His cs numbers are off-the-charts whether in mid or ad, has never fallen behind the opposing laner and has an overall versatile champion pool.

Jankos has been my favorite jungler in Europe since his days in Roccat and H2K. He is the main reason I want to root for G2 to win worlds, bringing the championship back to Europe in 8 years.

I have been a western team fan and i cant wait for their match agianst fpx i cant say g2 will win because after what i saw what tian and doinb did g2 either need to be better at mid jungle duo or just confuse them by somany flex picks (but hopefully both teams have fun)

But still i think that the reason why they lost to FPX was that they couldnt keep up with their ludicruous early game speed
In game one they walled for a bit, Game 2 was so done by the last real teamfight that they basically said open mid and go down with a bang and in game 3 they were simply swept away by FPX´s speed, especially Tian who had his comfort pick for all three games because G2 had to focus on the Midlane when it came to bans

Quickshot, I'm sorry, but the BEST JUNGLER produced by Europe is Gambit's Diamondprox. Hands down. That dude changed the entire jungle position.

Expected far more from this video. Nearly 0 mention about his earlier seasons . 9/10 of video is not even about him, but about g2 at worlds. No clips of his good plays except this random clip from roccat. Video is 7 minutes long when other players have far more longer videos (caps 26 minutes). Felt like u didnt have idea to hype world finals so u made this shit. Sad cause video had potential to be better. I would heardly recomend to delete this video and create new one. If u have problems i can help just ask.
Note that this isn't a "the story of" video but a "spotlight" video. I'm going to assume that this is a new series with shorter videos about people's recent storylines, rather than documentaries about their entire career.
