I'm sharing 5 intentional rhythms that you can implement NOW to start making changes in your daily life to cultivate days of peace instead of overwhelm and chaos. We are not made to just survive until bedtime every day on repeat in motherhood, we are made for so much more. I believe we can implement small habits that truly add up to a big impact to help us to thrive in motherhood and enjoy the journey. Thank you for sharing that your quiet time got bumped back to later in the day for a short season. This is me EVERY postpartum season for like up to a year or more sometimes when babies are with me at night!
Some days I get it in early, then others I’m not til the kids quiet times! I definitely am at more peace in my day when I can fit it in earlier in the day though!!
I know that’s totally normal for certain seasons of life, but so nice to hear it’s been like this for others too!
I totally agree! I’ve found it so helpful and encouraging when others share kind of the behind the scenes of things that are less than perfect for a season (or a lifetime, let’s be honest, nobody’s perfect 🤪) so I really try to share as much of that here as I can.

I agree that I feel so much better having my quiet time first thing in the day, but there are certainly days that don’t allow that to happen and there is so much grace. 🤍
