    Hi Faheem, locum pharmacist here, just been qualified over a year now. Can I ask if I don't choose to become an IP, that this will seriously stagger my chances of being hired as a locum or even more relevant to me, to take up on a full time position?
    I understand that the cohort of MPharm grads from 25/26 onwards are gonna be IPs essentially, so does that make me basically redundant?

    Will a nurse DPP train a nurse and pharmacist the same way? Ie, have same criteria for nurse and pharmacist?
