    In this video I show what I like to use. You can use any kind of scissors,tools,markers and sealer you like :-)
    The spring scissor I show in the beginning of the video is from Fiskars not EK success. Sorry for the mistake :-)

    I've seen a lot of paper crafts projects lately with fussy cutting and have marveled at how well done some are. Watching you cut is almost like watching a beautifully choreographed ballet. Thanks for the tutorial!

    Just love all your work, Anna, such detail, what kind of patience that must take. Your video was very informative as always. Thank you for not only being a wonderful inspiration but also a wonderful teacher. It takes a special person to love what they do so much they want to also teach everyone else how to do it. Alot of people who are self taught don't want to share their knowledge, they want to keep it to themselves and I love that you are not like that at all. You are kind and warm, as well as talented and it's so great of you to make these informative videos teaching us how to fussy cut and make mini's etc. Thank you for all your videos. I think you ROCK! TFS, hugs, amyK

    Thank you ever so much for this video!
    I have been 'fussy cutting' for many decades (since before my teens) but I always thought of it as 'detailed work'. :D About two-thirds through the video, I thought, "Oh my! ...I learned a couple of really nice things!" However, the last third of the video, I learned SO many things I never knew... Thank you very, very much, Miss Anne! You are most definitely my Top Two favorite artisan♡ (apart from my dearly missed mother and grandmother ;D).
    I appreciate you so much... Thank you for all of the videos and sharing your most breathtaking treasures. Much love. ♡

      you can also use foil to sharpen dull punches, just use the foil and punch out the shape several times then you can go back with wax paper and punch a few times and that makes your punches glide more smoothly. Hope that helps. hugs, amyk

    Scissors: I see two different scissors like your favorite Kai on Amazon.com (US) - one is $15, the "professional" version is $45. Maybe one is looser than the other -- they both look exactly like the one used in the tutorial - difference must be in the blades.

    Thanks soo much for a really great tutorial here Anne. I just wanted to tell you, that the scissor you showed in the beginning with the straight handles, is from Fiskar, and the small one you showed as your favorit, that you couldn´t find anymore, it looks very much like my favorit scissor too, and it´s bought to be a Pergamano scissor to cut the x´s with. Ofcause I can´t be 100% sure, they are the same, but they looks exactly the same, so if you once could bring your old one to a store, that seels the Pergamano, then you would be able to see it. It´s pretty expensive, but worth every dime, in my opinion. Just thought, I would share this with you, if it could be any help.

    • @xannero1
      @xannero1  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maryann Laursen Thank you so much for your sweet comment Maryann and for telling me about the Fiskars scissor :-) I am not sure what Pergamano scissors are but Kai still have some of the S-4 scissors available. More info in the description box.Will check out the Pergamano scissors and thanks again for the info :-)
      Hugs, Anne

    • @MsCraftqueen
      @MsCraftqueen 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      xannero1 Pergamno is the brandname for the Dutch Parchment Craft compagny, and most at least larger craftstores have these scissors, at least here in Denmark they do, and I also know, they do in the UK too. I´ve just checked mine, and it doesn´t say anything on it, but stainless steel, but I think it´s because they sell it under their own brandname, but it really looks exactly the same thoug. Just thought it could maybe help somebody, if they could look for it under another name too, cause I totally agree, it is the best scissor for all these tiny cut outs.
      Thank YOU soo much for getting back on this and have a great day everyone.
      Biiig hugs Maryann
