I appreciate deca implementing all of these power curves, like the more you exalt your characters the more each of these weapons and armors become more valuable. Being able to leave the “in combat state” faster through exaltation is clearly the synergy they are going for, at least to me anyways.
Been waiting to see how good new shatters is, so excited to try it
Don't think there's going to be reskin abilities released, seems similar to all the alien gear. But holy hell they really are giving us incentive to run the new shatters. That new gemstone lookin at my assassin all seductive like

I think the UT Helmet is much less "in the right hands" and more "against the right enemy/enemies", and I think moving targets make the perfect spellbomb of the ST spell easier, not harder, since you can just place where they're headed. All around, great video homie; thank you.

I feel like talwar forgot that the theurgy wand exists when he was talking about the new wand
Seems the UT sets are about going in and out of combat, moreso the heavy/light armours. Be very strong out of combat, take damage and become weaker but get invulnerable/armoured. The fact that the buffs are on shoot when in combat means you can't control it well in combat, with the exception of the robe which is up much more often (potentially forever). Could make them actually quite safe sets, high DPS when you do well and make it harder to get bursted down once you get hit (but needs you to shoot before activating (not instant) and won't stop an insta).
Also, I am very interested in the orb. If it is actually that _every_ shot has +2, then the Spirit Staff will have insane dps potential (and lower shot rate staves won't synergise well). Also stuff like: is it affected by att or damaging (as it is an ability effect, which usually don't scale).

Just saw him mention the on damage energized and saying it is not on the lute but energized is mp reg buff and not inspired, which is the bards range buff

I can just imagine the amount of healing shrooms I can put at once with the gemstone mana reduction ability stacked with the robe of the mad scientist mana reduction ability. ( Haven’t calculated it yet but since it’s a 55% reduction with both on and my mana unmaxed priest could do 4 at once, it means one priest can have up to 9 or 10 shrooms at once which is insane.
Mad robe and Gemstone don't stack, but with the shatters robe and gemstone you can sit in shaitan lava for the whole fight, healing with fungal tome
I feel like it's worth pointing out that Primal Arcana plus Spirit Staff can go to roughly 11k dps with full buffs and debuffs on enemies (both staff and orb dealing roughly 5.5k dps with the orb not even requiring the armor break for that full 5.5k) assuming I understand the damage algorithm correctly since the orb does not take in to account your attack stat.
Im going a max dex build on my mystic and then popping spirit staff on with this orb. Using the berserk orb before putting it on too... mmm tooo goood
@@umphopod2919 yeah this thing's gonna be super fun to mess around with, I already loved using it with Squaroid Staff on testing, and I'm sure that extra 15% attack speed from the Spirit Staff's gonna be even more fun
The squaroid staff would probably be better than the spirit staff even though the spirit staff has higher attack speed, as the orb suffers from server lag and the squaroid staff's delayed projectiles can account for that. I think anyway.

I wish someone would make a third party client or program that just detects kill counts and loot drops and sends the info to a database so we can determine the rough drop rates of every item :/

You can control the birds like regular summons :)
will the mystic orb that makes extra bullets scale with weapons that have increased attack speed such as the staff from mwoods?
@@jowimine The DPS potential on that must be insane. It already out-damages cosmic until higher defense levels, this orb's shots do more damage than the Spirit Staff _and_ the shots pattern seems easier to hit.
I think the new Armor for Knight warrior and Pala is the best armor in the game for these classes

I really want to see the DPS with the bard ut + predator bow while you sit on a enemy, the Peacemaker was my favorite item to use through testing new shatters, it's really awesome
I was thinking about that. New o3 top dmg contender potentially if using concertina and new bard UT correctly with bows.
Vesture +15 proc +5 attack, bard lute +10 attack, + 5 att from Exaltation, with crown +6 att +6 dex + 5 dex from exaltation
Gives bard a total of 96 att + 81 dex
+10% damage increase
With the bow alone with those stats you are getting 8.8k dps (18k with buffs) at 0 def
@@abc-ze2es Have to rework that because the vesture proc won't work with the bard ability atk boost, vesture will overwrite. Instead, use diplo robe since it's same increase in atk as wearing vesture but will 1) be used more often with that item since it's more practical and 2) have to take away 10 atk since it wouldn't exist.

@@umphopod2919 yeah but it’s different text, the robe discounts mp use “on use” but the gem just makes the price less, so I wonder how those two interact
I like what they're trying to do: make the game more gameplay focused instead of it being a grindfest with everything kinda running together. The dungeons are more engaging and objectively more enjoyable from a strictly gameplay aspect. I just think they need to rework the reward system. Honestly, make it so life and mama only drop from the hardest dungeons. I mean back in the day if you wanted it you had to go to the hardest bosses (tomb, OT, etc.) Now everything drops it and it's dirt cheap. Getting an 8/8 is easy. You can buy a GL for a few speed pots. I think exaltations was their attempt at raising the power cap, but it wasn't very significant, and I honestly was fine with the power cap where it was. I think they just need to make it harder to reach that level. I also have a bit of a crazy idea (they'd never do it) but what about rust/tarkov style wipes? Once every 6 months to a year everyone's account gets reset. Maybe not totally, but make it so everyones grinding for the same stuff at the same time. Every wipe its a race to see how strong you can get. Just a cool idea I think.
