The car color at 4:50 is Dark Green Satin Metallic, paint code FU, otherwise known as Forrest green or sleepy green. Ford only ran this color for two years in 98 and 99 only. This was my color of my 98 and you’re right, depending on angle and sunlight it would look black but then up close the green would show up and you would see all the blue and purple metallics in the paint. I went full color change in 2008 to “Eleanor Gray” before changing again to Leadfoot Gray. Sometimes, I do wish I could go back to that color but that was another life.
Man I can't wait to get my 97 Cobra running. It's an absolute turd compared to my Z06, but man the sound those 4v 4.6's put out is unforgettable. Even with 280whp they are so rewarding to drive.
at about 11:06, when you started up, it stuttered a little bit in a odd way. I recently bought a 97 cobra that starts up the same way about once of every 5 start ups. Why is that???

Did you figure out the long crank starting issue? Did the crankshaft position sensor fix the problem,or the fuel pump was the problem?

prime the fuel system like 5 times before starting
