look man… i’m a panthers fan, i’m just happy to be a real football team again (at least for the past 3 weeks). bryce looked like a franchise qb, and the offense looked really good against a top 5 defense. chiefs are the chiefs, and keeping it close against y’all is amazing for us… but damn i want to see y’all play a game where you play a full 60 minutes.
This is my suggestion…… when Buckner is ready to be taken off the IR and is heathy to kick . Release left tackle Morris , and keep Shrader . Let Shrader be responsible for kick offs and Buckner can be responsible for field goals . That way if Buckner gets hurt in the next couple of games and may be out for the rest of the season to keep us from signing another place kicker .
What has happened to our defense? 27 points to the panthers? The offense played much better, pretty efficient. No turnovers, score 30, and the defense has not looked good lately. They need to step it up.
The Chiefs are simply unable to close off games, and this is actually getting a little concerning. The Chiefs lead by 20:6 and still it went down to the wire once again. Against the Panthers.

This game Chiefs offense just had to make 2 first downs this game was over. They did a 3 and out leaving Panthers with 1:45 sec or so and the defense crumbled to a TD and 2 point conversion. That whole scenario is a game close out problem. Same thing with no spy on Allen with 4th and 2 last week. The defense use to live for those close outs.
Love my Chiefs for over 40 years but come on this game was ridiculous- defense didn’t look very well and our offensive line definitely needs help this will not get us a 3peat and I love my team
I was at the game today and it was a home game for the chiefs with so many chief fans…. The chiefs have a serious offensive line problem with the tackles…
I’m convinced now that these games are starting to be experiments for Andy. I guarantee the ability and chemistry is there to put up points, he just doesn’t want to show his cards until playoff time
The covering ability of the secondary is being exposed. Especially the CB side where Watson went down. Johnson has not been him, and Connor is inconsistent at slot corner. Doesn’t help with lack of sacks.
@@GeneTurner-gg4yo I was at the game… there was holes all over the place… and there is a serious offensive line problem, the defense is a problem they can’t pressure the QB without blitzing and that is why you have everyone looking good against them….. teams are recognize their blitzing packages and playing tight and doubling CJ…. The secondary is trash too… right now Mahomes might be playing his best QB effort of his career because he has to cover for both the offensive line and a horrible secondary.
This mediocre offense is not going to carry this worse defense like it did today on better teams. Penalties both offense and defense were off the chart especially on critical downs and in the red zone. I just don't get it. Are Chiefs sandbagging it going into the playoffs? This was supposed to be the easiest game on the schedule. Hats off to Noah Gray and Spencer Shrader.
Just remember: it wasnt that long ago that we were the team that couldnt pull out these wins. We can improve, sure, but we're good. Keep getting W's - there are no style points in the NFL

Last week, gave the defense a bit of a pass because It’s Josh Allen but today they were really bad. Mahomes bailed the defense out.
The offense is counting too much on Mahomes scrambling to get it out of its lethargy. That's a great way to lose a quarterback needlessly!
