I SPENT THE WEEKEND IN HOSPITAL

I spent 4-5 days in hospital and while I am somewhat embarrassed to share my experience, I will not contribute to the stigma around mental health by hiding something so significant in my life.
I needed help and that is okay. I am in the process of recovering and finding my happiness and since the clips in this video, I have had a couple of good and okay days.
