Good question! create a lead magnet, deliver value to your customers and slowly build it up. there are advance strategies to get a ton in right away - but probably don't want to do that if you don't know what you are doing. join our fb group and ask in there. lots of smart marketers and operators in there

Email is not dead! Great info, people still open emails, it's free and you can segment your customer base and send targetted emails!
