- I surprised my brother and took him overnight camping. We found an amazing camping spot on top of a mountain. The views were spectacular from our campsite! We cooked up some amazing food and enjoyed a nice night around the campfire.

Loved this episode. My brother committed suicide back in 2000, what I wouldn’t do to have another moment with him. He was my best friend. It’s nice to see you & your brother bonding. 😊
I’m so sorry Andrea. Sadly we lost a brother very recently too. So it’s good to make these special memories while we can. Now we need to get our other brother to join us!
So sorry for the loss of your brother Andrea. It's not something we wish on anyone. I lost my son July 5 2012. He completed suicide. I like to say completed,as he didn't commit a crime. They were in so much pain,they couldn't see another way stop it. You are in my prayers. ❤
@@caregivermom57 I am sorry about your son also, the pain of not being able to turn back the clock, thinking I or we as a family could’ve done more. Now it’s my faith in the Lord that helps me. He is a merciful God and I pray every day that I will see my brother again.
So sorry for you loss too. Suicide is so painful to deal with. Nobody should have to feel this pain 😔

G’day Kenny,we have drop bears in Australia which are very prevalent around camping spots and they like to drop out of a trees onto your tent. They make that same sound so be very careful my friend.🐨

Hi kenny, what a beautiful place you and your brother camped at. very familiar with that smoke in your eyes.. Having to move every minute or so trying to escape the wind from blowing all that campfire smoke in your face.😁 Could sit by that River for hours just day dreaming. So mesmerizing. Would definitely like to see you and your brother go on another camping trip . That was nice. I vote for coffee in the morning! Gotta Have It 😁 have a wonderful rest of the weekend.

I grew up with two older sisters and a city boy for a father. Never did a lot of outdoor activities. When I married my wife 38 years ago I stole her brother. We’ve spent a lot of years together camping and hunting. I so love the outdoors. Glad you got to share this beautiful location with your brother. Family is everything. This was a very beautiful spot! I found these at a local sporting goods store but I’ve since found them on Amazon as well as on their own website. Very tasty!

It was really nice meeting Ben. I hope the two of you have many more opportunities to do this even if you can't share it with us. I hope you two didn't get marshmallow in your beards. Ben, you are right, coffee is an acquired taste. I have had asthma my whole life and my mother and grandmother used to feed me strong black coffee when I would have a serious attack which always helped so I have been drinking it for more then 60 years but I know many folks my own age who wouldn't and never have touched the stuff. That waterfall was breathtaking. I hope you get to go back. I have to tell you though, your trip out of camp put knots in my stomach. That was scary.

17:21 - - Love that picnic table. I have a large 🌲 at the side of our 🏡 I've been wanting to do something similar to for the last 5 years. I want to put a rectangular top on it as a workstation for my CharGriller Outlaw Grill.
Haven't budgeted for it yet due to the $$ to cut it down to a 4-ft stump ($850 - $1,100).
