At 15:33 some information is wrong or may be varies from state to state in Germany. For example, in Sparkasse, student account is NOT free, it 5.50 euro pro monate OR if you take *ONLY online Sparkasse account, its 2.75 euro per month for students.*
Thank you for your explanations, btw. Cheers.

Like I said in the video Kazi, it depends from region to region. Could be the same company but the pricing and policies change massively from one region to the other.

*Hi, can you please organize student friendly bank accounts in Germany, in a table or in a chart so, its easy to compare - which banks monthly fees are most and which banks are least? That would have been really helpful. Please recommend some (if any) banks which has zero monthly fees (of student acc. or worker acc. in Germany). Thank you very much. Hope you'll reply.* [12-02-2020]

Bharat I want to know if the newer banks also have the ATM facility available and how good is that in any region or it differs from one region to another?
Also, I heard that cash is more preferred in Germany in daily transactions, so shouldn't we find a bank with more ATMs than online banking/visa card , thanks in advance

The german cards are accepted at least within the European Union. Never been to India, probably never will, so don't know if they work there. But saying that an EC Karte is not accepted outside of Germany is totally fals!

I am a student enrolled in Germany and above 30, so traditional banks are charging monthly fees. Want to open a current account in Germany. I need to know the option for online bank accounts which can be opened easily. N26 asks for residence permit, which I don't have currently.

I've found Sparkasse bank doesn't charge any money for student account until the age of 25. Is that true?
Which bank do you suggest for a person like me who has to transfer his blocked account money to a German bank for his monthly usage? Commerz bank or Sparkasse bank or N26 or Deutsche Bank?

Haaaa... Romania :))) Yes guys .. he's right. Romania actually rip you off because you are forced to keep your money in a bank account in order to get paid from work. Also you get charged to ask their own machine " How much money do i have in my account ? ". Also add interest rate. Also you pay if you transfer money to and from someone. You think ... Ok i'm not going to abuse your cash machine and your expensive paper so i'll use your own app. You guessed ... you pay to use it. I'm pissed off now and i want to take my money out from your bank ... " Sorry we cannot let you empty your bank account " shhh we want to rip last penny off you. If you did not know banks make money anyway because what you have in a bank is just numbers .. :) Have a great day ... ( Cash in hand is illegal )
I'm now in Uk. Left that s**t country ... and i actually have 3 bank accounts ... bit like google accounts .... You open them, you close them...
