I love the pumpkin. It turned out so well. You make Inktense pencils look easy. I'm so scared of repeating the muddy messes I've done in the past that I never use mine. I should dig them out and try. Your layering technique is better than trying to blend it all on the paper in one go I think. Boy are we having weird weather! I have about a hundred, possibly more, totally green tomatoes in the garden. Not a chance of them ripening now. I see chutney and pickles in my future.

Distress ink is water based, so it is recommended to use water, glycerin will be gummy and ruin the effect of the ink pad

i love this book but I'm struggling with the paper and pencils as its so smooth. I haven't tried any water mediums yet...😊
