Need to quit with the goofy videos and get your team answering CUSTOMER emails. I've sent MULTIPLE over the last two weeks concerning an issue with a purchase an ZERO response. ZERO. Customers like myself that have spent TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars are what keep you guys going. The whole experience has gotten worse lately. Wake up, take care of business or else, going elswhere.
