the SBR4 is a completely dev made car
it has drivetrain influence from the 911, but otherwise its completely custom
The older scintilla rally variant is an (i guess) old Lancia 037 (very very similar)
I think that Burnsied Special more refers to 1953 Pontiac Chieftain, than to DeSoto
barstow is based on 1968 ford torino
bluebuck is based on dodge 880 custom
The 1972 Gavril T-Series looks like it's based more on the International 9300.
its a lot harder to find good matches in real life for beam than other games like gta because the beam devs deliberately mix multiple similar cars together rather than making exact copies of real vehicles
yes... it took me like more than a week to finish this video and half the time went into finding the matching cars and their pics

Its a good comparison to IRL vehicles, but its safe to say that all vehicles don't have one counterpart. Each one represents a generic mix of multiple ones in their class/type!
agreed...It was hard to me to show them all in this video.
And the SBR4 is not based on anything. I cannot think of a single thing on the SBR that reminds me of a real life vehicle
@@tilengtr5747 its philosophy is definitely a porsche but made by a Japanese automaker like toyota. But yeah the styling, catagory, and use case are totally unique.

I've watched a couple of videos like this, and I think the biggest reason they tend to vary so much is because in most games, cars are meant to be the equivalent of real ones, while the vehicles in BeamNG are built from the ground up by the team and only take inspiration from real cars, making them far more unique
Yes, BeamNG devs deserves more respect than any other devs these days as they didn't sell new content as DLCs but as improvements to game for free.
@@SD1ONE also the 240sx and the ibishu do look similar but what gets me about the sunburst is that at the front it does look like a Impreza but the old ones and the rear looks like an old lancer but good work on the video I was sat there my mouth wide open on how similar most of them look
The ETK I Series has a few configs inspired by the 190E Evo from Mercedes

As many compiled a list of fictional vehicles in beaming drive and in real life vehicles the fictional vehicles are based off of as the few debate the ETK I-series is based off the BMW 7-series sedans.

The standard gauges resemble a *Chrysler 300 (didn't mention)* which actually used the basis of a Charger during that time. The higher-end performance gauges resemble more of the Charger.
The taillights resemble a stripped across version of the *2020-present Ford Explorer (didn't mention)*
Fun fact: Battlehawk models actually have a supercharged V8 producing 707 HP, the same as the Dodge Charger Hellcat, except for 6.5L displacement instead of 6.2L

Autobello Stambecoo: Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer, I don't think it's the Volvo as BeamNG was going to release a couple of Volvos called "Jargl", but they got cancelled
Note: The first time that I saw it I thought it was a Mercedes-Benz T-Series
Bruckell Bastion: Dodge Charger, even configs show so, as they're identical to the real one
Bruckell LeGran: Chrysler LeBaron, the name is pretty similar
Note: It has some references to the Buick Gran National, also, the name is also similar
Bruckell Moonhawk: Buick Skylark, the name is similar and even the official BeamNG Wikia says it's that car
Burnside Special: Cadillac ElDorado, it is a mix of a lot of 50s American cars, but I think it's that because Cadillac is a GM brand and Chevrolet is also a GM brand, what happens if so? That Burnside is the luxury brand of Gavril
Note: I think Burnside deserves more attention
Cherrier Tograc: Peugeot 2008, the design looks similar to the 2008, taking parts from other European SUVs
Cherrier Vivace: Peugeot 308, overall Peugeot 308 with parts from the Megane, the Focus, the Corsa or the 208.
Civetta Bolide: Ferrari 308, with configs reffering to the 037 and the Stratos
Civette Scintilla: Maserati MC20, it looks more like an SF90, but if you see in the configs the information about the car, you can check that it is a MC20, also, the racing version is a GT2 version, the real MC20 also has a GT2 version
ETK 800: BMW Series 3, somethings remember to me the Series 5, but it's clearly a Series 3
ETK I-Series: Mercedes-Benz 190E, parts from the 190E, Series 5 and Audi 80, but the configs show that it's a 190E
ETK K-Series: BMW Series 4, that GT4 config confirms that it's a Series 4, still, it has some parts from the Z4
Gavril Barstow: Ford Torino, it's just the most similar one to the Barstow
Gavril Bluebuck: Chevrolet Impala, it's just so clear than it's an Impala
Gavril D-Series: Chevrolet Silverado or Ford F-Series, depends on the config
Gavril Grand Marshall: Ford Crown Victoria, even the name it's similar, still, it's also based off the Mercury Grand Marquis, Mercury was the luxury brand of Ford and it's basically the same as the Crown Victoria
Gavril H-Series: Chevrolet Express or Ford E-Series, depends on the config
Gavril Roamer: Ford Explorer, pretty clear that it's an Explorer
Gavril T-Series: Many many different trucks after the revamp
Hirochi SBR4: Subaru BRZ, it's a combination of many cars, but the BRZ is the closest one
Hirochi Sunburst: Subaru Impreza, with some parts of Lancer
Ibishu 200BX: Nissan 240SX, for me the most clear one, even the name is similar
Ibishu Covet: Honda Civic, also pretty clear
Ibishu Hopper: Suzuki Jimny, it's the Jimny as it looks similar and it is Japanese, but the design looks more like a Wrangler
Ibishu Miramar: Toyota Corona/Nissan Skyline, the front grill looks a lot like a Nissan Skyline, but the proportions show that it's a Corona
Ibishu Pessima 1988: Nissan Sentra, for me, the closest one is the Nissan Sentra
Ibishu Pessima 1996: Nissan Sentra, again, for me, thats the closest one
Ibishu Pigeon: Different Reliant models
Ibishu Wigeon: Relian Bond Bug, another pretty clear one
Soliad Landslade: Chrysler Voyager/Dodge Caravan, depends on the config
Soliad Wendover: Oldsmobile Toronado, even the name is similar
Wentward DT40L: New Flyer D40LF, everything, even the name is similar

Hirochi SBR4's design look like the designer of car trying to use Toyota AE86 body shape + Toyota GT86 boxer engine,made modern AE86 (but MR??).and plus car manufacturer "Hirochi" is Japanese car brand in Beamng universe (Hirochi probably from Hachi-Roku?)
Yes, I know its japanese in game but I couldn't find one single car that matches it so went with something that comes up to my mind.
Considering the A pillar part,maybe SBR4 is influenced by 2009 Toyota FT-86 Concept,but mixed with German cars,and interior design from 2007 Nissan GT-R
Nah I think it’s much closer from being a Porsche. The only non-Porsche-like things are the dashboard and the F4. Exterior-wise and engine-position-wise, it’s a Porsche. Almost as if the 356 had a boxy modern version lol
The Cherrier is more like a Peugeot to me because it has powertrains very similar to a Peugeot 308, and the interior has an i-cockpit style like Peugeot
I considered Peugeot too but honestly whole FCV lineup is a mixup of various vehicles and I can't show them all in this video....not unless the video is about one particular vehicle only.
Yes, and the FCV has Peugeot-inspired engines such as the 1.2 Puretech, 1.6 THP, 1.5 HDi and 2.0 HDi

As someone who has followed the game since 2014 (even though I don't have a way to play it) I am happy with how the game has advanced in these 10 years and I would like to be able to play it
The best part is they never tried to sell new content as DLC like most modern games do.

Yes, I did considered that one too but to me it looks like Explorer also the name Roamer has similar meaning to Explorer....Again, It depends on one's opinion.

I think some of the sportier models of the etk I series are based off of the Mercedes c63, not just Audis and bmws. Plus the Grand Marshall is basically a slightly redesigned and renamed ford crown Victoria
worth noting that stambecco has tatra style frame and suspension
Just a personal opinion, i feel like the Ibishu Covet looks more like a 90s Suzuki Swift, especially the GTi version

Each car is a mix of various cars specially when you consider all variants...so It could be swift too...but overall if I have to pick one...I would pick civic....again its just opinion based.
yeah, great video, but i didnt see some that should be in this video, like the Gavril D10 (Ford Bronco) Gavril Charro 423 Sport (GMC Typhoon), ETK 2400 tix Evolution (190 E 2.5 Evo II), Gavril D35 (F-350), Charrier Vivace S 410 (being the actual Megane R.S. not being based on the base model Vivace), etc. I suggest maybe a part 2?
The Charro 423 sport I'd say is a bit more like the Chevy 1500 454 SS than the typhoon, with both the general look with the graphics and wheel design, and in the ethos of it. The name is similar, and it's a big block RWD sports variant like the 454 SS
honestly there're so many variants of these vehicles that each one can be covered in its own seperate video....They can be customised as well making it infinite combos....Its not practically possible in one video.
Its my favorite car in beamng. Etk i series. Ibishu covet. 88s ibishu pessima. And gavril d series.
Ibishu covet kinda looks more like a Suzuki Alto 3rd gen from the front

league of legends, for a example, ltos of bugs, unbalanced monetization, and lets be honest, dont give the player much reason to play it except for playing with his friends

no offense, and this may be an unnecessary comment, but at least use the camera path tool from the world editor (press F11) to give your future beamng videos a more cinematic feel
I tried F11 but the tool didn't pop up....I am new to beamNG...I mean I last played it in like 2017 and that too for a few hours...I might've remapped that key... is there a way to find out without resetting controls

Pretty much all of these I would consider as outright distinct brands and not anything real which is amazing for the amount of detail BeamNGs devs put in, Ibishu not quite withstanding towards Honda

I thought the mid-engine Covet was Renault-inspired. I think it's actually based on the 1992 Andy Barcheck CiV6ic.
There's a variant that resembes the civic that you mentioned but overall all variants are based on normal civic...the headlights are flipped horizonally...rest its same.

@@JackFoxtrotEDM I think only 1 variant is mid engine which I already admitted that it matches the car you mentioned....again, this whole thing is opinion based so what you see might be different than what I see and we both are not enitrely wrong or right.
@@SD1ONE I know. I just always found it weird how Beam designed their cars. Like how the Hopper is obviously supposed to be similar to a Jeep but it's made by Ibishu, for example. Or how the Sunburst seems pretty inspired by a WRX, but it uses an inline-four. Things like that. I don't know, guess I just like consistency lmao
