Nice video, keep up the good work! I started out as a Kairosoft fan just a week ago and already finished Ninja Village and Boxing Gym Story (currently in new game plus). For many it may be a shameful asset flip between games but I quite like spotting tiles and people from other Kairosoft games used here and there. I think it adds to the charm of their games.
Thanks for checking it out! Boxing Gym Story is a really great recent title, keen to play it again soon. I agree, the games have enough unqiue content in each title that it feels like a whole universe of characters.
Just played this to completion 2 days ago!! It was on sale on the PS store for 4.99 USD. Had a great 10-15 hours out of it. Want to play more of KairoSoft games! It is a VERY Japanese game, focused on workflow, organization, maximization of space, time/efficiency, etc...Ergonomics Majors would love this game and its rules!
Agreed its such a gem of a title. Agreed about its Japanese influence, thats why i enjoy it so much personally. Check out Hot Springs Story 2 aswell, the sequel only just recently came out 😀
As someone who has played every single Kairosoft title (even the non translated ones thanks to emulation), I'd say HSS is alright, though I wouldn't put it in my top10. The GOATs are definitely Pocket League Story, Grand Prix Story, Game Dev Story and Dungeon Village. I also enjoyed Pocket Stables, Ninja Village and Dream House Days quite a lot.
Grand Prix Story is so fun, such a unique concept for a game! Can't wait to replay it for the series. I like all the picks on your list! For me personally I would also add Pocket Academy and Tropical Resort Story. Kairosoft games are just so quality that even the ones lower on my top list are still super fun
I remember playing game dev story as my first game then i tried playing this next and it feels like much new mindblown experience for me ( i expected it's gonna be not much different than game dev story) kairosoft really progressed their gems.
Game Dev Story hooked me in but Hot Springs Story just hit different, something about the layout management is just so cathartic and unique. It will always be one of my favourites

I've been trying to play these games in release order because I like to see how the content evolves over time - and not (for example) play a newer game that's incredible and sort of sour the older games' experience. Right now I'm on March to A Million & Hot Spring Story; switching back and forth between Product / Placement style games. Enjoying your Kairo-content. Keep it up!
This is one of my most favorite out of all Kairosoft games! I probably replayed over 50 times over the past year. So addictive 😭🫶 I intend to collect all of Kairosoft games…I genuinely think all of them are so much fun 🥹
