- Being biologically alive is different than being spiritual alive
Prophet Muhammed says: if it was not for your excessive speech you could have seen what i see (how i view the world)
5 Habits one can develop to be more spiritual:
1. Don't talk unless it is necessary
2. Don't eat beyond what is needed
3. Don't sleep more than necessary
4. Reflecting regularly
5. Remembering Allah constantly
Allah says that his believers are the ones who ponder over his creations (3:191)

Can anyone tell me in Salatul Layl, we do 2 rakat 4x., then 2 rakat and then 1 rakat...at the end of each of those rakat do we recite tasbihs, or do we just end them with salaam and start the next rakat? Are there any tasbihs in this prayer at all? Thank you kindly.
