Hey Ola, with running a fledgling Guitar business, being a TH-camr, a Dad a Husband, and basically just being Ola the busy Swede, do you think your guitar playing has suffered? How do you even find time to try and progress/practise? What do you do to manage time to play?

hello Ola, maybe you can "one-day" do a solar guitar in the style of the ibanez Iceman :) it s a really nice shape :) Congrats for the house & Happy Day :) Rock on from germany
Aaah! Commodore 64! Good old times :D Lode Runner, Pipeline, Last Ninja, Defender of the crown, Pitstop 2, Impossible Mission, Creatures... Awesome t-shirt by the way. So what was your favorite game Ola?
I love your videos when you don't talk about guitars, guitar stuff, those guitar things on the floor you touch with the foot to change sound and amps 😎 I don't know what's left of you but whatever it is I love it!!! You're great Ola!!! But I hate you for coffee with Ola, everytime there's a new one I see the eyes of my man and I understand I won't see him for about one hour 😎 do something to entertain me in that hour, like a makeup tutorial from your wife 😎
Congrats on the new house! Just pre-ordered the album. I started playing guitar again after watching your videos. Maybe I'll pick up one of those badass single cuts in the future. I am waiting patiently for that red one Jeremy Varao was playing at NAMM.
Hi Ola, I just wanted to say thank you for making videos. Your channel and your guitar playing has made me begin to practice every day to get better! Thank you for the content!
Been watching these FAQs for some time now. Not a super fan of the music, but love your attitude as an entertainer, and the laughs. Need more of them these days. Bought the pre-release CD for that reason. Definitely need to make my way to Sweden now and thank you in person. Wishing you, you big Swedish fairy, and your family well.
What about a Hughes and Kettner Grand meister can hook up to pc and record out and a small 2x12 if you gig. Or what about the new misha peavey mini head.
Hi Ola! 2 things. 1) how does it feel to now own your own home? As happy with it as you thought it would be? 2) ever think about doing quilt tops? More specifically a purple top (consult the ESP/LTD MH-1000NT STP). Cheers from Buffalo ny.
12:20: Guitars aren't usually just plug and play for DI recording. You don't need an Apogee interface or anything, the presonus you have is probably good enough. The bulk of the work is guitar + pickups, and then tweaking your virtual amp and finding the right impulse response. That's 90% of it, assuming your audio interface and PC have enough power to prevent you from having a bunch of latency. Little things like having your signal chain in the correct order will make all the difference at the outset. It's only when you get to Ola's recording needs and level of playing that you start to notice the small differences between interfaces or the like. Wired Guitar (I think) has a tutorial on getting a good guitar sound with virtual amps. Tone has to be sculpted, to some degree. I think Ola has a few videos on it, but you need to tweak your settings and make sure you have some basics down. If you're just playing around, it will probably sound fuller in stereo rather than mono -- recording and jamming needs can be different.
Hey Ola, have you considered Solar Guitars jumping on the "Extended range / Multiscale / Fanned Fret" bandwagon? There are not many companies making real-deal djent-chugg-machines, not those shitty wanabees (7 string, 25,5' FR and EMG's - that was ok like... ten years ago?) - real big companies like Ibanez and Schecter, only having one or two models that aren't that well thought out... Basically Chapman being the only one selling serious baritones (28inch), and now Abasi Customs, but they're a bit too much design wise imho. I'm asking cuz you defo nailed the style and design game at Solar, and I'm pretty sure there is a chance you had an idea for a multiscale Solar that stumbled across your mind in the past. Cheers from Poland! BTW, Really happy for You and Louise getting your own house! All the best for You!
I second this. I'm in the market to buy a multiscale fanned fret 7 string, and I really wish it could be a Solar guitar! I'm probably gonna settle for the new Reaper 7MS from Schecter.
Hey Ola..greetings from Michigan....as always love the FAQ vids...they always make my day....!!!!...just bacame a member and preordered your album....cant wait to get it....!!!...
Hey Ola hope your well, I suffer with epilepsy which affects my health and it upsets me, I watch your videos everyday and they always put a smile on my face. 🤘

Hey, Ola. I’ve seen you here and there in TH-cam Land, but this FAQ video (recommended by TH-cam -thanks, TH-cam) was the first time I’ve seen you taking questions. Entertaining and informative! Now for the question, what do you think of Devin Townsend's new single, Genesis? Can't wait for your Dream Theater review- it's an amazing album!
Hey Ola! Coffee with Ola series are getting better and better, Tosin's was such a delight to watch. I hope the one with Devin really happens and if you can have Peter Tagtgren it would be incredible. Question, who did the visuals for Cerberus video? Is it stock footage? It looks badass. Have a great week.
Ola! I wanna thank you, man! I’m gonna record my first guitar review video tomorrow and it’ll be my first good quality video on my channel. In short, you’ve inspired me to finally get off my ass and make content and become a TH-camr! Thanks for the inspiration, broski!

Ola, I just became a fan of your channel, but more important, your personality. Keep rockin, bud. Anyways, will you or have you ever used a BOSS SY-300? I love how it's an analog synthesizer, as well as act as a multi-fx unit.
Greetings from California, Ola! I've been a member for a while now and I'm loving it, man. Funny to think I saw you at NAMM in 2015 (I believe) and barely knew who you were. I actually do remember thinking to myself "Oh, there's the guy who uploads those TH-cam tutorial videos using a computerized voice." I got a picture with you and Kieth Merrow come to think of it. Gotta get an updated picture with you maybe next year at NAMM! Take care, Ola the Sweeeede.
Hi Ola! As a long time The Haunted fan (and yours as well) I was a little skeptical when I read you were joining the band, but I was really blown away by Exit Wounds, it has probably become my favourite album in the bands discography (and I also love Strenght in Numbers). I love how you brought your influence in the band's sound without drowning it, but as a beautiful added value to it, can't wait to see you guys live (haven't had a chance since you joined the band, unfortunately). My question is what is your favorite The Haunted album that you did NOT play on? Cheers from Italy!
The part starting at 19:50. Hi, Ola. Talking about your solo album, which song do you expect the listeners will be surprised and the one they will enjoyed a lot? I mean in terms of composition and riffs. Cheers!!
Hello there, just wanted to leave this comment to thank you for your awesome content and the work you put into this. Your content is both ridiculously entertaining and informative. Thank you, A fellow European
I pre-ordered your solo album with the guitar player package, can’t wait to play along with the tabs. Did I hear you say that there will be a jazz song on it? I heard you talk about hiring a saxophone player.
Hey Ola, love ya bro, my question is: could you tell us a little about your beginnings as a young guitarist? Like your first guitar and amp.. how about a pic of you then.
Next FAQ. Can you recommend a well rounded set of passive pickups that has clear clean tones but can also chug ? Thanks love the channel. Just wish I could afford a Solar guitar to help support you more!
Hey Ola, is there an exact date when you are going to move to the house from the apartment? I am hoping that you will make videos of the mancave fitout, from scratch-to finish. I think other viewers would like it too! I've been watching your channel for 7 years now, I was addicted to your tests with the ibanez RGD and MTM II. Good old days! Hoping to see such awesome content in the future as well!
Hi Ola when do you think you put your solo album out? I have pre-ordered it and looking forward to getting it. Both the tracks you have put out so far are excellent
Hi! I've been watching a lot of your old videos lately, for guitar buying purposes. Are your old videos still making views or only the ones where you grew a beard?
Hey Ola! Have you ever listened to Crotchduster? Their most popular song is Mammal Sauce, but I recommend the entire album. Richard Chisty introduces the live track on the album "Stars Ingenious Cooter" at the Dussseldorf Beerfest! Hope you enjoy the most metal band to hit the scene since Hellspawn Warhammer of the Nordic Wind.
Hej Ola! Greetings from GBG! Love your channel and hope that you are feeling great today! I was wondering if you could do "All against all" as riff of the day? I know it was before your time in The Haunted, but I still love that song! Take care!
Hey Ola! Question about guest musicians: how does that work? If you play a guest solo for another artist/band, do you get paid? Get part of the royalties? Or is it just a nice way of supporting a friend and fellow musician?
Hi Ola! When are you moving to you new home? I feel proud of you and everything you are making right now with your music, life, and business, I've been following you since your first video and you're an inspiration for me. Also i'm planning to buy a solar guitar soon but I can't decide wich one. :D Best Regards from Mexico.
Hi, Ola. I think I like coffee almost as much as you; I use a press-pot and prefer a medium roast coffee. What is your coffee-making set-up (drip, pour-over, press-pot, etc.), and what kind of roast do you prefer? Thanks.
Hi Ola! Love your videos, very inspiring! I have ancestors from Nöbbele. Neon yellow is my favorite color. I would like to get an A7 but, only if it had a maple fretboard. I would call it my “Swedish Blonde” Any hope for maple fretboard option in the future? (You must agree that Abasi BMW chartreuse w maple fretboard was seeeexxxy!)

I'm sorry, Ola. I love you and your way of talking. 🤘😾🤘
Dream Feeder is actually a pretty cool band name idea.. 🤔
Actually just looked it up, and there is a dream feeder... but they suck. They are a classic rock cover band.
Ola the fairy is my new favorite Ola skin

Hey Ola, as a bass player I can confirm that at least 4 of us do actually exist. Speaking of which, can we expect to see Solar basses in the future?
Something like your Warlock would be killer.

Pale blue dot was the only song I really like on the new Dream Theater album.
Is there going to be a 7 string single cut solar?
Congratulations on your new house!! I can't wait to see how your recording space turns out! It will probably look like a guitar museum!!
i just saw At The Gates guitarrists using your guitars in last year gig, pretty sic footage

I think other viewers would like it too! I've been watching your channel for 7 years now, I was addicted to your tests with the ibanez RGD and MTM II. Good old days! Hoping to see such awesome content in the future as well!
Cerberus .... Great, great guitar Tone
Ola, you are a delightful human being.
Ola - Clap of hands - pointing finger - Let´s go!
Yes. Bass Players exist. Cheers from Texas.
Ola! If you put a 6 string up against a 7 string, both in drop A, will the 7 sound heavier?
Hi Ola! I really like you new song. It's inspiring, thx so much. Rock on!
Hej Ola! Greetings from GBG!
Love your channel and hope that you are feeling great today!
I was wondering if you could do "All against all" as riff of the day? I know it was before your time in The Haunted, but I still love that song!
Take care!
how about ola buy the cheapest interface and record stuff through it??????????????
Hi Ola, cograts on buying the new house! I am happy for you! When will you move into the new house? Will we see your new videos in the new house? 🌸✌👍
Hey Ola! Question about guest musicians: how does that work? If you play a guest solo for another artist/band, do you get paid? Get part of the royalties? Or is it just a nice way of supporting a friend and fellow musician?
Thumbs up for the commodore 64 t-shirt. Such a different time..
ordered the new album and a t-shirt rock on brother
Hi Ola! When are you moving to you new home? I feel proud of you and everything you are making right now with your music, life, and business, I've been following you since your first video and you're an inspiration for me.
Also i'm planning to buy a solar guitar soon but I can't decide wich one. :D
Best Regards from Mexico.
There’s this super sick band called Night Verses, used to be post-hardcore, now they’re insane prog instrumental. Totally check them out
Hi, Ola. I think I like coffee almost as much as you; I use a press-pot and prefer a medium roast coffee. What is your coffee-making set-up (drip, pour-over, press-pot, etc.), and what kind of roast do you prefer? Thanks.
Commodore 64, still have mine, boxed, all the games, must dig it out.
