- I smoked some cod on my diy smoker. Considering it was my first time smoking fish on my smoker it turned out rather well. I definitely got lots of smoke flavor and next time I will use less pellets.

You used to be able to get decent kippered herring at the grocery store. Maybe now that Britain is out of the common market they will start exporting them again. Thank you for the reply, Ken

Yeah I was thinking about the clay oven, but I've been wanting to use the smoker lately. I got the cod from the food bank
