Both have some smart choices. For me, I prefer the consistency of Naturescapes compared to the Vista's use of butterflies, fireworks, birds etc. Those cards make sense individually but could be from different decks.
I agree Charlie. I think the Naturescapes is a bit more deliberate in its choices. I came away from this dialogue with huge and renewed respect for it. (But NOT a fan of its backs….)
My personal preference is Naturescapes. As I watched the Justice card these words popped into my head "Justice pours down like water". My recall was imperfect, and when I looked for the origin of the quote I found its genesis in The Old Testament, Amos 5 : 24 " But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever flowing stream." (RSV). The perfect image?
I have the Naturescapes Tarot, but I think my Capricorn's mind prefare the Vista one better... This linen cardstock😋! However the best choice would be if I was able to mix them together, picking up my favourite cards 😂!
Yes, that is what I was leaning towards. I hope the makers keep it on MPC for a while. This month I have already hit my limit. I finally ordered the Mary El and the white M. Peterson deck. I have been saying I have all of my soul decks then….🤤 over a deck on TT.
I liked the Naturescapes better. I liked the aspects of the cards giving distance to the meanings or a zoomed out view, perspective. Seemed more open somehow. Both are beautiful, loved the High Priestess in the Vista.
maybe with the "Emporer" it helps if you think of German: "Empore" means something like a higher place in a room, like a stage or an elevated place with a table for important people to sit, like the olden times some kings and their guests of honour and closest family members would sit during dinners. Which kind of fits an Emperor. The typo in the wheel bothers me much more ....
@@MindfulTarotI'm sorry, dear. I don't know. I didn't even know that deck until I watched your video. I know the image of Machu Pichu because in South America we know all the ancient places and we study them at highschool. At least in "My" highschool 45 years ago. Unfortunately, nowadays, children and teenagers know nothing about it. School are no longer what they used to be. Also, in History Channel and Ancient Aliens show, they showed those ancient civilization places many times. I'm subscribed to several "mystery" channels in TH-cam where the ancient sacred sites are very well known as well.
@MindfulTarot here is an incomplete list of locations that the creator could find 😁 queenofwans.files.wordpress.com/2020/05/naturescapes-lwb-locations.pdf

Ah beautiful - thank you!
3/4 of the deck I was with the Vista, only occasionally did Naturescapes seem correct.
I’ve been reading with Vista lately and really love it.

Wouldn't it be great to just mix them up together ❤

ok, watched all now, I prefer the naturescapes, but there are 3 or 4 cards where I prefer the vista's choice (especially the devil)
@@khan7459 interesting - agreed
Although not sure about the devil - I like the idea of it but not necessarily the image itself
Yes, The Strength card for "Naturescapes" deck is in Perú. It is Machu Pichu's ruins. The Inca Empire's sacred city.
Of course it is!! Beautiful! Thank you
Do you know where the locations for that deck are listed? I remember seeing a document (?) but now can’t find it

If it helps anyone, the Vista is 10 dollars more at $36.50.
