Sancho is not the first player to flop at man UTD post Ferguson era, the list is endless, it's an institutional problem
The list is extremely long. It's actually insane.
It's honestly where careers come to die. I saw they're negotiating a new deal with that 18yo Kobbie Mainoo kid, If I was his agent i'd be getting him out of there asap. The fans always turn on the young lads eventually & careers die
agreed, cant blame Ten Hag for such a systemic problem.
@@d.b.cooper1 Kobbie, looks like he can handle it. Sancho did nothing at Utd.. Matic said he turned up late at training on the regular as they said at Dortmund and England. He's a decent footballer but he needs to wind his neck back in. I hope he does well and comes back to Utd, but Dortmund and Utd are levels different in terms of clubs.. Don't care if Dortmund are in the CL final, the shirt at Utd weighs heavy on people.
Onana is about to become the next scapegoat. Trust me. Come back to this when im right.
No need to apologize. If he had apologized, ETH would not have played him and he would have still been on the bench at Man United

In all seriousness, if you’ve actually watched Sancho at Dortmund over his entire loan spell he’s been very mediocre. He got hyped up because of one game. He did nothing in the 2nd leg but lose the ball.
He's honestly so overrated.
Had a couple of games where he didn't hide from the ball like he did at United and suddenly he's a generational talent again. Do me a favour.
hide from the ball ? do you support BVB ? Cos i think you're talking nonsese. if you dont want him let us have him then. Since he's "hiding from the ball".

Sancho had issues when he was at City although we wanted to keep him we were happy for him to go for the money we got for him + a further 11 million from united. Those issues were well known prior to United buying him, their recruitment policies regarding player behavioural traits is to blame.

Ooh a bitter rag I see, Murphy was a very good midfielder for the reds so you’re statement about Liverpool fans view of him is way wide of the mark, still hurts does it regarding the goals he scored against your lot.

Overhyped? At 21 he contributed 20 goals and 20 assists in 44 games for Dortmund. If anything he’s not hyped enough. His biggest problem was moving to United and playing under 4 pathetic managers in the space of a couple of seasons.
Danny Murphy has experienced it all at the highest level and was one of the best players in arguably the greatest Liverpool team in history. When he speaks, we should listen.

The thing is it’s all so confusing. One min Sancho’s attitude and personality is questioned, the next how he played. People are changing their minds constantly on what to moan about on him. The consensus, from if you look at factual information, is no manager ever had anything bad to say about him other than Ten Hag. Dortmund the fans, coaches, players all loved him in his first spell. Proven by the fact they have bought him back. Rangnick said he was a good kid and did what he has asked from him. Since he left he’s had support from his own United team mates on social media, as well as stars around the world like Vinicius Jr, Mbappe and others. He’s playing well for Dortmund, they have reached a CL final. He is happy. Why not just leave the lad in peace. Sometimes transfers don’t work out. But you can’t just make it out like the situation at United was all his fault. An unpopular player would never have the mass support or network he has

Mr Jordan seems to feast on criticising the likes of Mohammed Salah, Jason Sancho, Ashley Williams and Marcus Rashford....OBVIOUSLY it's just a coincidence that they are from a minority background or of a certain faith.
Even Coutinho won CL final when on loan. What happened as soon as he left? 5 good games at Villa and his career is over. Sancho literally played 3 good matches with BvB and then media did the rest - redemption, revenge, enjoying his football & what not. He can't do any of that in PL. Sell him while they can still make money off him.
Very few players succeed on their own, that sums up Danny's mentality and his level as a player
LMAO that Tommy Cooper comment
By the logic of down to “manager bring the best out” explain McGuire stepping up from a way deeper abyss than Sancho. Player has responsibilities too. Play well.
I never understand why people think it's ok for managers to criticise players and they have to take it and say nothing. He has every right to stand up for himself. Clearly the manager has been told here to shut his mouth going forward as is evidence in him saying nothing about Rashford
And that’s the truth Simon. Well done honest man.

Well said Simon. Good to see someone finally seeing it for what it is in regards to Sancho. He is his own worst enemy. City let him go for a reason.
I agree with Simon. Nothing I have seen from Sancho against PSG makes me think I can trust him on a cold december day at Palace. But above all he doesn’t really strike me as a leader which is what we absolutelly need now.
One thing is what Sancho does on the offensive end but the more important and that's what BVB fans are raving about is his effort defensively. Gives 100%
literally every manager he has had has said the same thing about Sancho but you lot wanna act like it's a UTD thing
How would you be so sure that he will perform in city, pool and Arsenal Mr Danny?
Simon Jordan looks like a new Bo Selecta character
Simons wordings hilarious.. Perpuates narratives on what he thinks situations are..
Does it with tuchel and blasts him week in week out
And now sancho.. Sancho struggled at United and I'm surprised nobody mentions the fact that Uniteds probably the only team in the top half without a style or way of playing.. At dortmond there's clear patterns that keep sancho high up the pitch and in more often than not leaves him in situations where he's 1 on 1 with the defender.. Arsenal do exactly the same with saka and martinelli. At United when your winger you get the ball and your just expected to run with it there's rarely any runners if you and barring rasmus don't expect anyone to hit once you beat the man.
Idk man I’ve watched pretty much every one of his games for United. I defended him at first but it became ridiculous. Even when he had a defender isolated, he would NEVER take them on. He would go back and play it safe. Every single time. And when he would try to take a defender on, he’d always fall short pace wise. People act as if he’s been tearing it up at Dortmund. That one game last week against PSG is the only time he’s played that well. He’s been up and down form wise. Just like at United.
@@foregone0703 i agree in part but the situations are completely different when your 1-1 for United and dortmond with a structure. With united if you lose the ball it's highly likely there going to go down the other end and punish you with dortmond that isn't the case, prime example numerous stray passes from sancho first leg and his team mates got the ball back and urged him onto give it ago again. Eitherway the whole attitude argument is just annoying at United he's public enemy #1 at dortmond a better well oiled machine with good senior pros he's a valued asset who is vital to there success
That is his "go to" way of reasoning whenever he is talking about people. Especially the ones he doesn't like. no matter the positive things that is being discussed about that personality, he always pivot to the negatives feelings he has for such people
Both the player and the team management are accountable. Regrets both side.
It’s a very difficult debate. On the one hand he definitely has attitude problems, but on the other hand, he is showing that he can be managed as his team are in a Champions League final.
Simon saying it how it actually is!!! Nice one Simon, love that
Sancho is a player who does well when other players around him draw as much attention from the defense. At United teams just doubled up on him and nullified him
I'm with Danny on thisI like his thinking man management is not for everyone looking at ETH he hasn't a FCl....
A lot of players don't play well at Man United. Despite their status. Conditions seem to be counterproductive to growth and development. Sancho has near vindicated himself but doesn't justify his behaviour at United
Great insight by Sean Dyche
Sancho is a young man that will be around for long time. What a way to speak of young people. At some point talking like this will be regulated.
You can't talk like to any young person in any other walk of life, period!!!
Hope he wins the champion league and brings his experience to ENGLAND TEAM!!!!!!!!
Use your brain and be proud Sancho 'is English".
Hurty feelings alert
Instead of sitting on the bench for Antony and came in 80th minute while being 4-0 down to palace he is playing in UCL and he’s now in the final . He made the best decision in his life
Simon says, "He doesn't have the pace to go in behind that United were asking him to do." Ins't that the problem? We bring in a player that was doing well in a high press possession football system to play counterattack run in behind football. The we wonder why he hasn't been successful on the pitch. This is exactly why I have been hesitant to put the blame on these players. As much as I dislike Bruno and think we can do a lot better for a No10. I believe in a better system, he will do a lot better.
I'll always agree with u respect the hierarchy at the club but when the manager personally disrespects u or throws u under the bus then nah sancho was within his rights to defend himself and it seems ten Hag is making a habit of alienating his own players and what's actually laughable is the players are having the last laugh

For a bit of a comparison. Cole Palmer has gone to Chelsea and gotten more G/A in HALF a season, than Sancho did in his 2 year stint at United. Palmer is playing in a worse team too, so what's Sanchos excuse? Simon is right. He can't cut it when the pressure is on. There's no pressure at Dortmund. They'll comfortably get the Champions League every year, they're not really expected to win the league and he can feel like billy big balls. Yes they're in the Champions League final and good for Sancho, but the narrative that he's somehow redeemed himself and all United fans should bow in shame is hilarious. He has an extensive history of poor behaviour going back to his time at City. If things turn bad everywhere one person goes, it's not the environment.. It's the common denominator, which is him.
Palmer got played consistently and is around good players.... He was put with Scott and Maguire. not the same

Mata - best number 10 in the PL at Chelsea
Di Maria - had recently got MOTM in the UCL final, was doing amazing at Real Madrid under Jose and Ancelotti
Depay - one of the best young talents in Europe
Martial - Golden Boy winner
