I bought a bar of this stuff off Amazon and just tried it. I'm a picky soap person, I don't like the moisturizing stuff like Dove and the rest dry my skin out too much especially in the winter months. This is perfect, right in the middle. No perfumes or chemicals either is a good thing. Also if you people have ever been in the factories that make the products (even food) you use everyday, you'd probably never buy anything again. They're not nearly as clean as you apparently believe they are. Anyway yeah this is my new favorite soap by a mile.

A lot of the bars of "soap" sold today aren't even soap.....they're bars of synthetic detergents. There are so many artisan soapmakers that film for youtube, and it's also not really difficult to make. To watch this "hot process" procedure in miniature, look up Essential Soaps on you tube. She's an all natural, all vegetable soapmaker. If her soaps have a fragrance it's essential oils. and if they have a color it's a spice or herb or root or something like that. I make soap, but I like my fragrance oils and colorants, so it's not all natural by a long shot. It's also not all vegetable.

@@rtsyfrtsy924 - it’s a shame that you like your fragrance oils. You might want to delve a bit deeper into those - they are neurotoxins among other things. Why not pure Essential Oils…or nothing
As you say the vast majority of ’so-called soaps marketed are not soap at all - especially 🕊️ that makes out it’s so special.
Added to - many of the TH-camrs use so many synthetic ingredients that I don’t see the point.

I make glycerin soap from deep fat fryer oil after part of it was turned into biodiesel. Always wondered how it was made before modern machinery. Very interesting to me. My 10 gallon vat is tiny by comparison.
The drying towers are really interesting. In my humid climate it may take a year for the soap to dry properly, and while its drying it sucks up moisture and some can bleed off. But when it hardens it is really hard.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Completely natural without the crap that pollutes the atmosphere, environment, and water table as with the commercially made corporate stuff called soap but really toxic detergents filled with synthetic aromas and chemicals which are so good for your respiratory system and skin.

They wear special ‘Inside factory only’ shoes.
Would you suggest that they somehow suspend themselves over the soap…?
      🤔

@We'll Know His Voice He said "Caustic Soda" (a.k.a. "Lye"). Yes, you need lye to make soap! You cannot make soap without a caustic material. :)

This is a horribly inefficient process. Do you think Proctor and Gamble produces it soap by using a floor. Simple factory automation machines would reduce the cost of this product to a fraction of what it is now. This is where the rub is. Many many factory jobs will be lost. This may not be in the best interest of the Nablus community.

if you are happy yo purchase soaps with chemicals linked to cancer FROM Proctor and Gamble and other store bought soaps then goodluck.
      Chemicals are:Parabens. ...
      Synthetic colors. ...
      Fragrance. ...
      Phthalates. ...
      Triclosan. ...
Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) / Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES). ...
      Formaldehyde. ...
      Toluene.

depends what your definition of hygiene is. If its having cancer causing chemicals in your soaps such as Parabens. ...
      Synthetic colors. ...
      Fragrance. ...
      Phthalates. ...
      Triclosan. ...
Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) / Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES). ...
      Formaldehyde. ...
      Toluene.
then fine, however this process has been around for hundreds of years and nobody ever got cancer or sick from these soaps.
