      Probably the best individual stretch of his career. No RJ. No expectations. They kept feeding him the ball.

    This was my favorite version of Vince Carter. More mature, teamed up with a top 3 all time point guard, and still freakishly athletic. I can only wish it materialized into championship rings, but man oh man the electrifying highlight reels, dunks, layups and numerous clutch shots were so worth it. Even his shot form was something of an elite artist. Best alley-oop duo of all time in my humble opinion was him with J-Kidd. I hope the Nets retire no 15.

    The 07 nets season was so memorable for me . VC had soo many game winners and clutch basket it made for great basketball. He really was a hero to the team during those moments. Thats why I actually love this man.

    his game is so smooth. the prototype guard of modern NBA together with the guards of his generation. You can see the influence on KD, PG, and maybe Wiggs. Long athletic and can score on so many ways

    The 90s and 2000s were the best years in basketball. Growing up watching Kobe,Tmac, AI, Marbury, Steve Francis, Jamal Crawford, Gilbert Arenas, Vince Carter, Michael redd, young Lebron and Melo. Was a huge pool of talent. Vince always was on top 10 plays on sports center and usually dunks

      We gotta get to a point where rings don’t ultimately define a great basketball player. Regardless of that accolade, Vince Carter is a great basketball player. One of the best of all time !!

    • @mikesannitti6042
      @mikesannitti6042 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@MajorDude14 i agree. You need to look at the context of his prime. He spent it elevating otherwise lottery teams to the first or second round of the playoffs. This Nets team needed him to make the playoffs when he got there, and even though his last two years they won only 34 games, when he was traded, the tean won only 20 games without him.

    Hey Max, got some NBA players you might be interested on making some videos in the future. 04 Billups, 93 Petrovic, 92 Mullin, Money Mitch on Sacramento. The NBA is the best sport in my opinion for Superstar athletes because their able to show their craft to an audience without being behind a mask or helmet.

      Also it just came to me checking your channel is that another player who’s still in the NBA but past his prime who I think deserved to be a on the top 75 nba players was Dwight Howard. Either 2009 or 2011 would be good choices to do videos on. Arguable the 2nd or 3rd best player in the league throughout those years.

    one mystery unsolved = What happened to VC during the 2005-06 offseason? He didn't come back in shape for 06-07 [though he played well in that season], and to me that was the start of his physical decline.

    • @MaxaMillion711
      @MaxaMillion711  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know from 07-12 he had lingering ankle issues. I remember reading he had the wrong kind of treatment or training. he didnt get those issues fixed until 2013, thats why he was more bouncy that year in Dallas.

    Jesus Christ is coming back soon. Turn from all your sins, get baptized in the name of Jesus, and follow Jesus the one true God who came in the flesh to die for our sins to be washed away. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and the only way to Heaven. Jesus is our Lord and Savior and he has a purpose for your life. We have a sinned and fall short of the glory of God and we are doomed to Hell without Jesus. Get a real, deep, and honest relationship with God where U pray to him everyday, talk to him about everything, and ask him to lead U. Read the Bible, learn the word of God, and study it so U can learn about Jesus, learn his commandments, learn right from wrong, and so U can live by his word. U don't have to perfect to walk with Jesus, U jus gotta try your best to do everything he wants to U to do. Walking with Jesus is not a religion, it's a relationship. Your true purpose is to walk with Jesus, Love everybody, and lead others to Jesus. This life is jus temporary but Heaven and Hell is forever. God is a God of Love but he is also a God of wrath. Those who reject Jesus, who refuse to follow Jesus, and who refuse to change for Jesus will end up burning in Hell forever. Those who truly Love Jesus, truly follow Jesus, and truly work for Jesus will live in Heaven forever. It's ok to have fun in life but U gotta make sure U put God first, that U are right with God, that U spend serious time with God, and that U are doing the will of God which is to lead others to Jesus. And Jesus commanded that we preach the gospel to the world. Jesus said that this world and everything in it will one day pass away but only his word will last forever. So the only thing that really matters is what U do for Jesus. The Bibke says we are saved by our faith but it also says our faith is dead without works. Jesus said if U Love me then keep my commandments. So we show Jesus we Love him with our actions. We are living in the last days. Start truly following Jesus before it's too late. Don't follow the world follow Jesus.
