Is jali brick bears load as Normal brick if it's used with normal bricks walls. Is any chance of breaking because of less load bearing capacity

It's a decorative product, can use to fill the space under beam and pillers, no direct load of roof,wall etc should put on it

Yes pillar or panelling is done all four side, for support, if width is more than in between support is also placed..
