Great tour, but a heads-up,I returned from a 6 day cruise on Eurodam in May of 2024, and the up-charges in the restaurants were all significantly higher than the video quoted.

Lincoln Center Stage has been closed since at least the beginning of 2023. There has been no replacement. I really enjoyed that venue!😮💨

Hi Dan and Jay. Eurodam received your highest praises. Based on past ships, it seems Holland America wins !! Even to the degree of P&O and Cunard, they did not fare as well. It is true that Holland America is hard to beat in many areas. They hit all the right notes for your cruise, and I was happy to see this video. Hopefully the other ships you have booked will fare as well as Eurodam.

For us, we feel that they offer very high standards when it comes to service and dining, music entertainment is exemplary and we actually like the homely and intimate-feel you get on their ships. It makes a nice change :)
4:50 looks like people walking back in time 😂 great video as always mate. My mom and I were possible going to be sailing on HA Zaandam but we didn’t end up going. Eurodam looks like a newer ship
Well spotted, we wondered how long it would be before someone saw it - you're very quick! Yes, Zaandam is a bit older. Holland America are often not considered, but they remain one of our favourites! Food, service and entertainment is excellent!

We have a travel agent that deals with all of our crusies, she’s amazing and always on hand when if we need to make changes etc, do you usual book with the cruise lines? ☺️

We think you would have a superb time! All the Holland America ships are uniformed, and near identical. Standards are consistently high through the fleet, and there isn't a single Holland America ship we wouldn't want to try. Holland America and Princess are the two best cruise lines to sail Alaska :) Thanks for watching :)
