आज मैं आपके लिए ऐसी ग्रेवी की रेसिपी लेकर आयी हूँ जिससे आप ढाबा रेस्टोरेंट जैसी सब्ज़ियां 5-10 मिनट में बनाकर तैयार कर सकते हैं और इस ग्रेवी को आप फ्रिज में 4-5 दिन और फ्रीज़र में 1-2 महीने तक store कर सकती है |
Ingredients-
6 green cardamom
1 cinnamon
1 black cardamom
6 cloves
2 bay leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 +1/4 cup oil
1/2 kg onion
30 gm garlic
30 gm ginger
1/4 cup cashew
1/4 cup watermellon seeds
1/2 cup hot water
1 kg hybrid tomato
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp deggi mirch powder
3 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
