- I won't lie, I'll be happy to see the back of 'Veganuary' but when I heard that Burgers & More, a restaurant I did a ludicrously tasty food challenge at years ago, was offering a special vegan tower burger challenge to celebrate the launch of their new menu this month, I couldn't really pass it up.
They also have a regular meaty tower burger called The Stratosphere, if you feel like having a crack yourself...It's a pay to play, so no free meal, but their menu is wacky as hell so it's well worth ordering.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Tried jackfruit for the first time last week on a pizza and was very surprised! Wouldn’t be my first choice but it was actually really nice!

Vegan food challenges are great to see, after watching some of your videos it got me in the mood to try a challenge but it's so hard to find vegan ones and half the stuff you find if you search for vegan food challenges are "go vegan for a week" challenges not eat a week's worth of food at once

Tip...Try to mash with your back molar faster n push back... there will be a challenge in nyc..
ooh might need to give that a try. not a big fan of Jack fruit and imitation foods but will have a go
