That first bumper you pulled out was from maybe a 70's Caddy, you can tell by the Fuel Port access behind the License plate, the Boot Lid looks like it might be from a 54 Ford
Am I crazy for being jealous of all the fun you're having? Getting to search through an old property, getting to improve said property, and find cool old car parts all at the same time. That's definitely a good time in my book.
It is surely not without its challenges but it is definitely fun. I got very lucky it happened to be a car guy and there is a little left behind. It makes a treasure hunt out of what might have been a chore.
One of the shyest animals there is. They are more afraid of you then you know. They do not carry disease and glad you left it alone. Keep up the great videos.
When I used to work on lawnmowers, those old Murray lawnmowers from the 80s were worth quite a bit of money even in parts don’t know if they still are but that’s what you have uncovered and said that building that’s rusty and it’s probably worth trying to take one of the engines that’s good running out of one of the lesser valuable Mowers. You have around there and putting it in that one. Those vintage ones are really well built.
Invest in an old wore out grain truck, makes for easy hauling stuff like that off, sell it when done or keep it, and make your money back. Beats paying dumping feed
Thanks for building Poss a house! Your equipment is really paying off it looks good! I know you probably dont want to hear it but you need to get rid of all those trees before you build back. I have a bunch that I need cut also but im not able to do it and it is pricey to hire out.
Yea man that lil dude is welcome. I felt bad for disturbing him. that gear is certainly paying for itself and it has for sure saves me many cuts and bruises… profited are not the tree work. But it will need to dine before a can really rebuild
At 8:49 you picked up a half spring with square ubolts. This is an overload spring for a 1/2 ton pick up . In the 60's you could order a GM/Chevy with these or buy them at a parts store. You would need two to make a set.
As always another great video. Looks like a lot of those trees just grew up and are invasive. I’d be dropping all of them. Now you need a stump grinder for your mini x or skid steer.
Yea. I ended up editing it all out of the video. They are all at the edge of the building I think the grew up from stuff that bounced off the roof and landed. If that building has been there since the 60s it’s easy to imagine them getting that size in the last 60 years
I bought an old hoarder house on 2 acres surrounded by farm fields. There is an old feed bard in the back. Salvagable if I fix it soon. Luckily I can burn here and have a transfer station 2 miles away. Property came with an old 61 Apache short bed and a Neon. Truck I cleaned it up but have not done anything with it. Neon I moved it off to the side.
That's an awesome possum. Kind of you to respect his domain and privacy. Make enough noise and ground vibration nearby, simple because you gotta job to do and he'll move next door to your neighbors overgrown jungle 😊. What choo say bubba. Lookin good on the cleanup. Be careful, safe, healthy, discerning and successful. Praying that you have peace and joy these upcoming Holy days 🙏 in His Holy Name ☝🙌
someone may have already commented, BUT those appear to be late 80's mustang (the turbine style set), and the other set were usually on mustangs, possibly thunderbirds! DIGGING your content!
Side project racing mower would be fun to see and a small project it wouldn't take a lot of time. Do a pred swap and a pulley swap and have something fun to play around on.
I think you are prematurely judging the Tesla fleet but that's ok. The mini X and mini Skid steering are how I found the channel and I'm enjoying their appearance as well. Thank you for the effort.
Just a personal preference… the engineering is impressive but just not my bag. But that thanks for checking the channel out and coming back those machines are main characters at this point
That's right neighborly of you to let your squatter stay the winter. Before you decide to build out from the shed, please look up Tree Fails, and I hope that will convince you to hire a pro to cut down those trees.
I hope you didn't scrap those "taurus" rims, they are Fox body (79-90) mustang. The wide center cap ones came on the 25th anniversary, V8 pony pace car edition and also came on the cougars with different centers. The turbine 4 lug came on a bunch of mustangs including the early V8 models. They are probably worth a little bit to someone doing a restoration of the older ones.
No scrapping is always a last resort. I appreciate the help of you folks. I ll try to get them to someone e who needs them cheap. I appreciate the details that will help make the listing easier to find for those who may be looking
Those rims mustang GT late 80`s not Taurus. Anyway you moving right along with that property might need some more square body action!! From NC stay warm keep them coming vids
The Ford wheels are called phone dials they are from the fox body mustang... They are probably worth two or 300 bucks It's been a while since I've had a set.
I could've used one of those Mustang wheels for my '85 GT... One got damaged when tire went flat on the freeway... Then hit the ceramic disc reflector on the road and caused wheel to bend enough for new tire to not hold air... 32 years ago... Shit how time fly's by!!!
@@betweenthesharksgarage Yes we in fox body world call those 10hole or phone dial wheels. 79-93 mustangs will fit those but not really desired by many. The 2nd set of wheels are foxbody wheels as well they are for a GT mustang 87 - 89 models.
Good to know I wasn't the only person thinking that fender was a BMW fender lol. The ford rims are both clearly foxbody mustang rims. I think we've got all the parts nailed down.
@@betweenthesharksgarage no, they're definitely 80's to early year 90's foxbody mustang rims not sn95 mustang wheels at all. Wikipedia's page has both styles in the mustang foxbody section.
Growing up my dad told me we needed to go kill the beavers living on our river property….because they would eat all the good fish. Anyways I recently learned about Opossums, really cool animals.
They are neat. They kind their own business and come out at night. Like that lil dude was not only under three tires … he was under three tires under the middle of a collapsed shed
My wife parents are just like the kind of people never repair anything in the property also they have a lot of scrap junk inside and out side of the house and he yard! I’m just laugh about she’s parents

Glad you didn’t evict your new friend, they eat ticks so I’d try to keep him around.
I actually didn’t know the tick part. I m still like a little kid I think all the critters are neat.
Also They are immune to Lyme disease, and very rarely contract rabies. Their 2 main defenses are playing dead and looking scary (but not being scary)
One of the shyest animals there is. They are more afraid of you then you know. They do not carry disease and glad you left it alone. Keep up the great videos.
Appreciate what you did for the Opossum, which shows decency.
Those are ford foxbody wheels, they should have some value.
Look forward to a Datsun update, and love to see if that warm winch works.
Bottle cap ones aren't worth basically anything but the other ones should be.

I don't mind the Nissan. I came for the "bought a shop" episode. Staying for the property updates 😊

Interesting there are two there complete with u bolts and all
Those 4 lug wheels could make good air/water hose holders just cause they’re there. Just a thought.
Property is really comin along. Glad you made a new friend. Cya next time. ✌
Thanks for stopping in!

Those turbine rims went to a fox body for shire they should be worth a good bit
Great video, love the content . Can’t wait to see what you find on the inside of the building.
hard working man keep up the good work 😊
The rear bumper looks a lot like my 66 Oldsmobile delta 88, if it is.. I need it lol

another good one.
Those Ford wheels are for Fox body mustangs
Love your videos and I love watching your channel get more subscribers and views per video
That mid 60s murray riding mower is quite a rare bird. Bring her back from the dead with a stronger engine. She will wheelie.

The possum needs a name! I vote Arthur

As others have said, those are Mustang wheels. Might, MIGHT have a little more value than scrap. Take a look at Fox body Mustangs
I ll dive in. Would way rather them go to someone that can use them.
Definitely fox body mustang wheels!

Trunk lid looks 70 -72 chevelle nova monte carlo. Bumper is SIMILAR to my 70 monte Carlo, something in that era

Chevelle bumper and deck lid ..
Front or rear bumper. Or both?
Those are 79-93 fox body Mustang wheels and actually are getting hard to find that you may be able to make a profit reselling all those.
Thanks for the detail. I ll list them cheap if someone can use them

The big bumper is 68 chevelle rear, the trunk looks to be 68-72 chevelle and the white fender is BMW 3-series E21 (1976-82)
Good to know I wasn't the only person thinking that fender was a BMW fender lol. The ford rims are both clearly foxbody mustang rims. I think we've got all the parts nailed down.

The answer we were looking for was “opossum”. Thank you for playing guess what’s inside with between the sharks
