- Join Jonathan & Angela Scott for Season 2 of ‘Big Cat Tales,’ which premiered Friday, December 4th and is now available to watch or stream on Animal Planet.
Follow the lives of the lions, leopards and cheetahs of the Masai Mara in Kenya. Hosts, Jonathan and Angela Scott with Jackson Ole Looseyia return to catch up with the families of big cats they know so well. There are many new faces to meet, as well as old friends to reacquaint with. With the Marsh pride segmented, the 6 warrior male lions have a large territory to protect. Amani the cheetah has three new boisterous cubs to handle. Fig, the leopard, has a young cub Maridadi, who is learning what it takes to survive the African savannah.

WHO ARE THE BIG CAT PEOPLE?
Jonathan and Angela Scott are award-winning wildlife photographers and authors who have made their name documenting the lives of lions, leopards and cheetahs in the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya, recording every aspect of their existence in their drawings, photographs and wildlife television programs. They are Canon Ambassadors and the only couple to have won the Overall Award in the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition as individuals.

Hopefully Animal Planet here in Canada will eventually offer Big Cat Tales, can’t wait to sit back and enjoy this wonderful production!
I’ll take this opportunity to list the books I finally managed to put my hands on, here it is;
The Big Cat Man, The Marsh Lions, The Leopard’s Tale, Scarface:The Real Lion King, The big Cat Diary and The Big Cat Diary: Lion, Mara-Serengeti A Photographer’s Paradise.
The one I want to get next, is your safari guide to Eastern Africa.
I also managed to get a copy of The Serengeti Lion by George B Schaller, Serengeti shall not die by Bernhard Grzimek and a title I was fortunate to get, Velvet Paws, by Irene Grindlay, the story of Mara the lioness who starred in Born Free.
Also many titles from Gareth Patterson and ALL the books from George and Joy Adamson.
Hours and hours of reading that I simply immerse myself enjoying every page, I am a slow reader, I really want to absorb the full meaning of every sentence.
Thank you for your wonderful work and when I hopefully go back to Kenya it would be a privilege and honor to meet you even for a few minutes.

You can purchise Big Cat Tails season 2 on the google play movie and tv app for 6 dollars for all 3 episides in HD. If you have Roku install the google play app and watch it on your tv. You csn steam it from your computer to tv or watch on your computer or cell phone. I have a whole library of movies and tv shows stored on my google play app for Roku.
