The kings and heads of state of Malaysia and Indonesia just completed a five day official summit in which they created a regional comprehensive strategic agreement including a mutual alliance against potential aggressors and any non-regional actors. Russia & Thailand, as Asian-siutauted powers, are also part of this and will altogether participate in military drills around the SCS and Taiwan. All of ASEAN ex-PH will be brought into this alliance and ultimately into BRICS too. Four more are set to join starting early next year.
