I’m near crying from the accessibility features on those kayaks, I never realized I could be able to kayak for longer than a half an hour due to balance and strength
Whenever I see videos of people enjoying my city and especially the mountains It often makes me think I take where I live for granted because I've been here for all 25 years of my life but the mountains have been and always will be my happy place! I love them so much I even have a tattoo of them on the back of my neck
The museum, candle making, and kayaking sound like a lovely Canadian adventure 🍁 It was incredible to see that you were part of the Paralympics opening ceremony!!
So so blessed to live 1.5 hours away from Banff and an hour away from Canmore in Calgary, it’s a beautiful and surreal place!! ❤️ It’s really cool seeing you visit the city I live in!
Wow, what an amazing trip! I’m so glad that you made this video. As a primarily homebound person, I deeply miss being able to travel, try new things, and enjoy wonderful restaurants. Seeing you enjoying all of these activities made me a bit emotional. Sad for my limitations. But excited to see accessible activities for all types of people.
Absolutely awesome! Back in 1989, I took my younger daughter to the college she was going to attend in Canada. Being from large US cities, we were accustomed to things in public not looking great...(vandalism, graffiti, litter, etc.) and we were really wowed by how CLEAN it was in Calgary! No graffiti, no litter, no discarded gum on the sidewalks...given that it's a sizeable city, with big-city vibes, we were truly impressed.
I totally get this! I honestly have a hard time travelling anywhere else because of how clean it is, it's one of the first things I notice whenever I go on vacation. I think it has a lot to do with how taking care of the environment is drilled into us going through school like the leave no trace program and often doing things like cleaning up the environment and such in school, how things like garbages are accessible and easy to find (which also means that we harshly judge anyone who opts to litter pretty harshly because there is no good excuse for it), and also not only valuing art in our province, but having so many spaces and outlets for those to practice it, including graffiti art! Unfortunately due to an abundance of people moving here over the past few years (so many that our poor cities like Calgary cannot keep up), issues with homelessness and and increase in drug use, abuse, and crime, it has gotten a bit worse. Even Canmore (which is where I grew up) has seen an increase in crime and isn't quite as safe as it once was, and some people unfortunately don't respect the outdoors as they should which has led to an increase in litter along trails and hiking paths, or just in the forests in general which is pretty disappointing. But it is still very nice compared to a lot of places in the world and I am still incredibly happy to live here and be able to call this place my home!
WOW! Those canoe adaptations are amazing. I need to work out where I can find something similar in London! And how proud was I when I spotted you in the opening ceremony of the Paralympic’s!
That Canadian music hall of fame looks amazing! As a music lover, that would be so cool to check out! I love that hack you use of sticking your cane in the elevator door so it doesn't close. That's awesome! I love how you named the drink Elton's Brew! And, that fragrance mix Eltie Hugs! I love those grip strengths on the paddles! Over the past few years, I've noticed weak grip strength, so something like that would really help me if I were to ever kayak or go boating.
Incredibly well thought out kayaking place. The restaurant foods looked absolutely incomparable. I'm afraid to ask what they could do for a long slow breakfast. By all means, yes. More Canada, but Elton MUST be there with you. I had no idea he was such a small dog. (Yes, to me seventy pounds is just pocket sized.)
Im from ontario and visited banff just two months ago. I think about it every day, i wish i was still there. Such a beautiful place, just breathetaking and so serene. Everyone should go there at least once if they have the opportunity.
the fact that it goes from the dinner where you accidentally dressed the same to another clip of yall in the forest wearing the same color lol fun video, the adaptive kayak devices got me tearing up bc i realized someday i could kayak with devices like those
The accessibility of the Kayaking was incredible and amazing. It's so frustrating that things like this aren't more common because this sort of thing can be so helpful for so so many different people. Is it universal design? These things should be everywhere!
Molly out of all your videos. This was an absolute favorite! I loved seeing you so free and the accessibility. I also loved seeing silly tipsy Molly. I feel like you would be such a great friend to have around. You had me giggling and wishing we were besties! ❤😂
Banff was already on my list of places I'd love to go to, and it just jumped up a few spots! I LOVE that Eden has vegan options! It's not often you see restaurants have vegan food that's not just a salad, pasta primavera, or a beyond/impossible burger! Definitely will go there whenever I get to Banff!
You are beautiful, molly. always enjoy your videos, and you are an amazing woman. There is very little you can't do. You are a woman of so many abilities. Love your channel
As an Alberta girly, this was so awesome to watch!! We rarely get to Calgary as it's an 8hr drive from us, but it is a beautiful city & I love the mountains!! I just read a book about Forest Bathing & I am excited to learn that I don't have to travel to Japan to do a forest bathing guided experience!
Judging by the weather, you must have been around here for the one week we got a break from the 30 degree weather this summer haha. Hope you enjoyed your time here!
have you ever been on bumper cars? i have a blind friend who absolutely loves them any time we’re at a carnival or theme park because the entire point of them is to crash into people and she can have a cart on her own and be in full control of it without worrying about hurting herself or others
From the other side of world: kayaking is my love. Glad that you got to enjoy it Molly! Did it give you the feeling of the freedom? I know there is someone telling you to where to go but in the end you are in control of your own kayak after all 😃
Yes please! I’m blind and want to travel so badly! I just don’t really know where to begin & what to expect! I love all your travel videos that give special attention to the blind traveler experience! Why did you not bring Sir Elton with you? I’m so curious & would LOVE to know the process to travel from the US to Canada with my guide dog! Thank you for your content! ❤
Omg I've lived in Calgary for the last 8 years. Banff is my favorite place on earth. It's beyond stunning . I didn't make it there this summer, I'm so jealous ❤❤❤ I hope it was magical for you. Where did you stay? The fox hotel has an underground mermaid grotto..and its everything🤩
Aww this makes me so happy. Im from southern alberta and i feel like albertans have a pretty bad reputation. It feels good to have positive representation.
OMG such a great video thanks so much for sharing. I am blind and travelling to London UK soon. Do you have any activities that are blind friendly and fun to do there that you or any other blind people here have done there before? Thanks.
It's too bad your boyfriend couldn't have come. You must take him to Kelowna and the Okanagan valley in the summer time I'm there right now. Canmore and Banff are stunningly beautiful
Well geez Molly, this was down right fun! I feel like I went on vacation! If only I could have tasted all that wonderful food! Who takes care of Elton when he doesn't get to go a long?
Her Parents usually take care of him, or just her Dad will watch him when her Mom goes with her and sometimes her Boyfriend will keep him if he doesn't go with her and/or her and her Mom.

Same for me!!
I’m from Calgary so it’s always exciting to see people loving their time in the area ❤

The very first restaurant is only open for supper and is always busy.
I live in Calgary! This was so fun to watch! A good reminder to be a tourist in my home city!
Im from ontario and visited banff just two months ago. I think about it every day, i wish i was still there. Such a beautiful place, just breathetaking and so serene. Everyone should go there at least once if they have the opportunity.

Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful so glad you are having fun Molly 🍁🍂🍃🍂👻🎃🎃👻🍁🍂🍂🍁🎃🎃👻🍁🍂🍂🍁🍂🎃🎃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍃🍂👻🎃🎃🍁🍂🍃🍃🍂👻
I remember you posting videos of you singing years ago and you were seriously good!
The accessibility of the Kayaking was incredible and amazing. It's so frustrating that things like this aren't more common because this sort of thing can be so helpful for so so many different people. Is it universal design? These things should be everywhere!

So glad you enjoyed my home province!!
You did so many fun things in such a short period of time!!! Thank you for sharing with us. I hope your trip was very refreshing.

It's not often you see restaurants have vegan food that's not just a salad, pasta primavera, or a beyond/impossible burger! Definitely will go there whenever I get to Banff!
I so agree with you. Most "vegetarian" options are totally bland and lacking in imagination!
@@dzymslizzy3641 exactly!!
I think there are almost 100 restaurants in Banff. I’ve lived here all my life 22 years. I haven’t even scratched the surface of all of them.
yes more canada PLEASE (don't pretend you didn't hear me, destination canada)
This was such an awsome video. I never knew adaptable adventure places existed. Very cool Molly.
The carrot joke took me a second ngl, but it hit like a truck when I got it 😂

You are beautiful, molly. always enjoy your videos, and you are an amazing woman. There is very little you can't do. You are a woman of so many abilities. Love your channel
I passed by you and your mom in banff. But then realized it was you too late to stop you to say hi haha. Hope it was fun
Little jealous…I know that first restaurant and really want to go… but really can’t afford. The owner was on a Netflix cooking show.
So cool to see you in my hometown. I hope you had an amazing time!!!
What a wonderful way to show off the beauty of some of Canada 🥰
This is a dream 😭🙌🏼 I love the trip content and seeing accessibility in places around the world!
As an Alberta girly, this was so awesome to watch!! We rarely get to Calgary as it's an 8hr drive from us, but it is a beautiful city & I love the mountains!! Thank you for sharing your adventures! That was fun to experience it through you. :)
I wish, more of us would go into kayaking as it means so much freedom.
Judging by the weather, you must have been around here for the one week we got a break from the 30 degree weather this summer haha. Hope you enjoyed your time here!

From the other side of world: kayaking is my love. Glad that you got to enjoy it Molly! Did it give you the feeling of the freedom? I know there is someone telling you to where to go but in the end you are in control of your own kayak after all 😃

Wow my parents are in Alberta right now! They’re finishing up a week of Banff, Calgary, and more! Crazy timing!
Also I feel the exact same way as you about scents!! Warm & woodsy and clean & fresh! Not floral or too sweet like what you listed!
That looks awsome!
How fun!!

Me:GOD DAMIT MOLLYYY😅😅😅😅
Im not done the video. Did you end up going to Drumheller? The Dinosaur museum had some really cool accessibility features. Very tactile
Shania Twain is my favorite singer.
Hey Siri North Carolina, you should visit the North Carolina music Hall of fans , which is really good
You could tell you were missing mister Elty. ❤
I want to hear you sing!!
She has a playlist
It's too bad your boyfriend couldn't have come. You must take him to Kelowna and the Okanagan valley in the summer time I'm there right now. Canmore and Banff are stunningly beautiful

Well geez Molly, this was down right fun!
I feel like I went on vacation! If only I could have tasted all that wonderful food!
Who takes care of Elton when he doesn't get to go a long?
Her boyfriend.
Her Parents usually take care of him, or just her Dad will watch him when her Mom goes with her and sometimes her Boyfriend will keep him if he doesn't go with her and/or her and her Mom.
Fun
