Bush's cabinet., National Security Adviser and later Secretary of State. She is a Dept. Head professor and Provost at Stanford University! There is not one iota of "useless" anything in her head , nor in her life.Re: "get to the point" oh my goodness! Dr. Rice is in a CONVERSATION, a dialogue here!
