Below you can check the build order and important details about the build.
*THE BUILD ORDER*
*14 >* Supply
*15 >* Gas
*16 >* Barracks
*100% Barracks >* Reactor, Expand, Factory, Supply, 2nd Gas
*100% Factory >* 2nd Factory, Tech lab On Factory
*100% 2nd Factory >* Land on Reactor
*12 SCV's at Expansion >* 3rd CC, 2 Gases
*12 SCV's at Expansion after saturating both Gases >* Factory, Starport, Reactor on Barracks
*16 SCV's at Expansion >* Armory, Engineering Bay, Turrets to defend from drops in Main and Natural, Lift to Get the Third
Immediately get the 2 Gases on Third
Make Extra CC's and Mass Turrets as you get extra Minerals, your gas is going to stay very low for the whole game
*After 3 Bases fully saturated >* Blue Flame and Drilling Claws
When you move out to attack, build +2 Factories and 1 Starport.
*Your army composition should always have:*
6-8 Widow Mines
12-16 Hellbats
12-16 Siege Tanks
6-8 Liberators
2-3 Thors
And off course, adapt as necessary.
One question.
If You play against zerg, don't You think it's risky to play so static?
Zerg can expand as crazy if You not put them in the cage.
It's just my thinking, not as it would be for sure.
Yes your right, but only in high level that becomes a problem (Master+)

do u think mech upgrades are needed in this BO?, if yes, when do u think it's the most strategic moment to launch them? (i LOVE WAY TOO MUCH THE UPGRADES)(btw, your videos are cool, well explained and useful)
as of May 2019, this build does well in Diamond 1
i quit playing sc2 after hots launched but recently started playing again. i've lost all 'starcraft sense' after 4 years of not playing but your videos are helping me get back into it. really appreciate your content. cheers! =D

really ?which league are you in? cos i think you never faced proxy attacks. i play terran and i have a simple build that can very easily crush builds like this when the time is at 4:00. also i think this will fail/delay the max out times against a 2 oracle attack followed by what ever units protos can throw out , roach rush, ling banling etc etc. have you tried this build against AI elite with some kinda rush as the build?
dont think the zerg player did a proper job of scouting.+ harassment, rather he/she allowed this build to be maxed out. just imagine he did some ling runs etc etc to see and feel the unit composition and made the proper counters. will the fight will be one push and its over?
That's why you scout at 17, by that time you have enough time to react vs any cheese
Gold/Platinum. I have had less success lately, but it's still powerful. I have modified the build to include the scout right after the supply (15/16) so I can adjust it. Yesterday, I got proxy 2 racks marauder and scouted early enough that I didn't even put the reactor. Once I s[pot a cheese, the whole build goes away anyway.
I 100% Support your adaptation Sylvain, people asked me one build vs all race so I had to create one without variations, I'm happy you created your own adjustments, keep adjusting slowly and tinkering vs each race, might get even better results
So its 2020, directly in the Corona time and that is still a solid and god Damt Build... Its so good an strog because of many players a just like “Terran? Must be Bio, there is no different build for Terran!“ so nice Video dude
those extra CC's are great for base trade scenarios, and also for lifting off and landing to further expansions once they're cleared out. Nice touch.

Great build order, it is very smooth. I have been practicing and almost got it but I max out my army at 11 minutes when it should be 10 minutes.
as a beginner this is the first guide i understood everything that was going on .
I love mech. I would love to do it every game. It's especially good against fast zerglings and banelings. I can't micro my marines well...

Thx Bombs it really helps what u do :) May i ask if u can do a TvT Mech BO going 1-1-1 plz i struggle so much when i mech against other terrans specially at the early stages of the game. Hellbat with Blue flame to deal with Swarm Hosts, and Siege tanks to deal with Hydras

Question: Do people going for the build usually get liberator range and smart servos in addition to the listed upgrades? The upgrades, liberator range in particular, just seems VERY strong.
I'm coming here from VIBE's Bronze-to-GM series, want to switch up my build (Thor+Hellbat) a bit, but not quite go all the way to playing bio just yet. :P
i'm kinda new to the game, is this build still good?
Is the gas first reactor/orbital/expand opener something you commonly use in your build orders or is it a lower skill level thing?
It's commonly used because it gives you the possibility to Macro and Tech faster due to the fact you did build the gas ealier, so it applies in any level!

It takes a few times failing at it but eventually you end up doing a lot instinctively and it gets easier, I believe in you!

Yea I second that, I've been practicing that build vs ai literally the entire day today, still can't get all the timings right.
In the current meta you would get hit at 5:40 with stimpack/shield marines drop and they will take your cc with all of the scvs.
At5:40 you just have 16 marines at max with 2 medivacs.
If you have widow mines in your mineral line and tanks are positioned correctly the opponent drop will be take care off easily.
bombs when are you planning on releasing more content to go from diamond 3 to above?
What if its against a skytoss?? Shall i go for vikings instead of libs?

how do you conveniently pan the camera without marking the cursor disappear? to make the same effect as the middle mouse button pan in Dota and LOL.
Hey DDC II, I use the middle mouse button, I am one of the very few players out there that does that, most people pan by touching the screen edges, 5 years ago i compared which one was better, middle mouse was definitely better, for me

Yes, but it doesn't only depend on the Build Order itself, but also in your execution
You mean to use it on plat or diamond league, it depends on micro ?
@tusken rider Macro is the most important in lower leagues I think. If you got solid macro u are good to go all the way up to diamond 1. I can't micro at all, but with solid macro I am now high diamond :)
Is this build still viable? I think there has been a significant change to window mines since this video aired right?
Every build order has it's own limits, you won't be able to go very high on the leagues, but definitely can get to at least diamond with this
Please make a video about how to scout and react to protoss who build carrier. I am at plat and lose to carrier all the time.

What I do is i fill up 3 medivacs with siege tanks, one with maines attack very early drop in the back of his base put siege tanks in siege mode and win with ez.

i usually use shift for everything, there might not be a command for that. im not sure lol

Most Zergs go mass muta against mech. Since there is no cyclone it would be hard.
Also turrets/mines (with upgrades earlier) in the mineral line and the Thors earlier.
Once usually doesn't need that high of a tank count when the enemy goes air.
TvT
is all about air, 2 ravens 4 cyclones to defend drops are a must
TvP
When you don't win with the mass tank push you simply die to Carriers/ Tempest
Mass Carriers devastate this build
"mass carriers" every protoss ever lmao, you know how you beat mass carriers in PvP? you make your own + stalkers, and just focus fire

My problem was charge zealots destroying my tanks :(
Hellbats are the key to beat Chargelots, also make sure they are positioned on the FRONT of your siege tanks!
Even with the widow mines the charge lots are an issue?
