Oh man,I feel you on the upload thing. I live in rural mountain area, and it can take forever. As for the anxiety, sometimes I think the best you can do is just have awareness of it - like I'm not sure it ever goes away. I do think meditation helps. There's a wonderful woman named Sally Kempton, whose website has lots of good videos of her doing guided meditation. There are some of her on TH-cam too. She is a master. And the "friend", with the car. What a major gas lighter. I'd drop her like a hot potato. Very much enjoy your whisper. Would love to see a vlog some day of different areas.

Many dangerous ones as well but you become aware of how to manage living safely in those environments. Coffee is not easy process to give up - done it a few times but for me I only end up indulging in it again about 4 months later. Need something good and strong as a supplement and the various teas no longer does that for me. Will likely try again some other time. Very relaxing whisper voice. Thank You.
